    Family Vacation

    Excellent TRIP! Resort is beautiful, peaceful and so clean! The rooms were beautiful! Loved the balcony and view! The grounds were stunning, beautiful palms trees and gorgeous landscaping! Staff were extremely friendly and always helpful! Delroy in the Monday Buffet always took such good care of us every morning! Samantha always greeted us with a smile by the beach or pool when providing us with cool drinks! My kids loved their time at the kids club! I’ve been to several resorts and have utilized the kids club by this was by far the best one! They provided pictures and updates through out the day of your child! They gave you a run down of activities for the day when you’d drop your child off! My daughter even loved performing at the kids club lion king performance! Thank you to Shaquana, Tashae, Krsyan and Shantay for providing my children with a safe and fun time during our stay! I was able to fully enjoy some me time knowing my children were safe and enjoying themselves. Only con was WiFi was down in my villa for 3 of the 5 days I was there making it challenging to make calls or watch shows.

    i really enjoyed it here the food was great i loved the games room my room was very clean and nice. the environment itself is breathtaking the staff members were very kind i met Ashanti at the games room she was very much fun and kind we played uno together

    AMAZING RESORT

    Everything was absolutely perfect. The resort is huge & every single staff member goes out of their way to make sure your group is having a good time. The room was excellent, the cleaning service was amazing, we had absolutely zero issues and the beds were pretty comfortable as well. The main pool was absolutely beautiful and JeVaun (unsure about spelling) as well as Richard & Ian at the swim up bar was absolutely amazing. My friends and I were approached by an older man that made us slightly uncomfortable and they immediately stepped in and helped. That was definitely the cherry on top to see they truly do care. The drinks were amazing , and if you have kids there were several times we saw the kids camp walk by as well as some of the shows they did in the theater and they always looked like they were having an Amazing time. There are several options to go to the beach and many different areas. Sunset cove was absolutely beautiful and the staff there were nice as well. We went tubing one day there and had so much fun and would definitely recommend that. At the infinity bar above the main pool the vibes were amazing every single night. Between DJs, entertainment staff, and live music you truly can’t go wrong. Zo ( we called her Zo for short) was our favorite as she was so sweet & respectful always making sure we had everything we needed. Nicolas and Theodore were also super sweet and friendly and we looked forward to seeing them every night. The food was some of the best food I’ve had at resorts like this & the seafood one was by far the best- I loved the Salmon. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Sherica caught our attention at the pool once and helped us book massages. She did not pressure us at all and was very informative and we were so glad we booked through her. The massages were amazing as well as all of the amenities the spa offered. Best week ever and will definitely Be coming back!!!!! Super safe , clean, fun, and relaxing!!! Wish I could give all the staff a shout out!!!!

    Our first time to Jamaica and this resort is amazing!

    Stephen Miles at Poseidon Restaurant & Bar is phenomenal! He makes the best drinks, & gets to know you and takes good care of you! Service is top notch and highly recommend! Visit Sunset Cove & go to the bar! Service and food is so good and worth it!

    Beautiful property

    The property is grand and beautiful. The service staff, half was great, all smiles, very helpful. The other half were not so nice or helpful. It was hit or miss with service across the board. Other than that the food was good and the rooms are nice. The pool is very big.
