Jan 21, 2025January Stay at TRS Yucatan Hotel
I recommend staying at this resort. The beach is a long walk from the resort that I wish I knew before booking our stay but beautiful once you are there. January is winter in Mexico so nights are cooler so the ocean is colder than normal but the outside temperature was warm so you wanted to get in still. Also, January is a down time for them so the resort was not extremely busy. Butlers come with each room as well which made the trip easy for scheduling dinners/accommodations during your stay.

Jan 20, 2025Currently here. Not what we hoped for.
Here for an anniversary trip. I booked a room by the ocean, they moved us to a room not by the ocean, but we just went with it. After one night, we had awful sleep. The bed squeaks if you lift your leg or arm, let alone turning to your side. Every time my husband moved I woke to the sound. We woke with so much back pain because the mattress was terrible. I went to the front desk for help and they moved us to a ground floor room with two queen beds. Pretty annoying because we reserved a king bed room and he says in this entire resort there’s not a room with a king bed that doesn’t squeak all night. It’s pretty, food is definitely “okay”, but to be stuck choosing between a bed that’s the size we want & reserved, or a bed that’s doesn’t squeak all night seems pretty unfair when you’re spending thousands of dollars. We have a few more nights here and bummed this is the experience so far.

My daughter and myself went for 8 days. Best resort in Mexico that I have ever been to. Food was fantastic. All staff were friendly and helpful. Special regards to our butlers Jessica and Eric. Pools rooms and grounds were very clean. Beach is a short golf cart ride away.

Amazing
My husband and I have been to TRS 4 times now. They are the best! Our service has always been great! At the Chic Show our server Abraham was amazing! He had many tables, but always had us filled with food and drinks. TRS is a great place to relax, and enjoy a vacation

Just returned from a great holiday at TRS
We have just returned from an eleven day break.Some reviews worried us .The beach, for instance, is long sandy with palms tree forests TRS can use all facilities It is a beautiful walk TRS is so clean .Staff are constantly cleaning and sweeping. A pool man even cleans inside the pool regularly. Staff are amazing Helios Carlos Veronica Martha and Guataloupe Pool bar gaia staff Catalina Miguel Luciana Ariana Maria Wilem Dalahari Patricia and Jose Butlers 67 Restaurant Helios gaucho La Boheme Tenzione Tepanyaki Chic for an experience Food is not always 5/5 .However, there is a lot of choice Our bedroom was modern with a jacuzzi bath next to bed.. embrace it! Carts take you where you want to go. TRS is Seriously lovely place
