    Very nice resort, peaceful but also fun!

    I really enjoyed my stay here. There was a variety of food and alcoholic beverage offerings. The pools were nice and had lots of seating. The salt water pool was really shocking (in a good way) as the water from the ocean washed over into the pool. Getting around the resort was really easy and fairly quick as there were shuttles driving around constantly. The butler service was A1, my butlers were very nice and very helpful. My room with the swim-out pool was gorgeous, spacious and the temperature was just right. Really enjoyed the variety of bars but wish the restaurants were open later. It was nice that we could go to the neighboring resorts and access their accommodations. The spa was 10/10 and the pricing was just right. The only caveat is that there isn't much night life on the resort but other then that, overall, 10/10.

    Amazing Hotel

    Very very very nice hotel! The staff is soo friendly, the food is delicious and the accomodating was very clean. The entire property is very very clean! A looot of restaurants to choose from. Keep in mind that TRS is adults only, but if you go to the restaurants in the other Palladiums, might encounter families with Kids, but it was never an issue for us. The property is huge, but there are shuttles that take you everywhere and are available at all time! Free in room service until 3AM is a plus. The beach is a little far, but you get there with a shuttle within 5 mins and without hastle. So keep in mind, no direct beach access from TRS Yucatan I didn’t get the chance to try the Spa, but the Sports Centre is great. 2 full basket ball courts, 5 tennis courts, 6 paddle ball courts, 2 football(soccer) fields, mini putt, shooting and archery range, and much more! Overall, great stay. 100% would recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

    Zentropia Spa

    I had a Swedish full body massage and facial from Alejandro at the zentropia spa and it was great! It was a wonderful treatment, very relaxing and great service! The products used smell fantastic. The facilities are also great. Thank you Alejandro!

    Zentropia spa is so relaxing

    I had the most amazing massage facial and body scrub by Fernando at the Zentropia Spa today. So gentle relaxing and attentive. He is very good at what he does and I look forward to coming back. The chocolate and champagne were a wonderful added touch

    Fantastic customer service, could do without the selling

    This resort had fantastic customer service and amenities. Aspects of the resort look a bit tired (e.g., broken light fixture covered with tin foil in villa entrance, sparse landscaping in certain areas, slight smell of mildew in rooms, old mattress in our room) but all of the staff work so hard to make sure that you get your needs met and are very accommodating. If we visited again, we would not have paid extra for the room upgrade. The private pools are not heated, and these rooms do not have a tub in them nor do they have other amenities that make the extra money worth it. One thing that we did not appreciate was having to check in with 3+ people before getting to our room. After a very long travel day, staff tried to upsell additional amenities that weren't needed in addition to trying to sell timeshares by inviting us to stop by the front desk again in exchange for discounted spa services. This was confusing, as other people on the property were also trying to sell spa services and they seemed to be pitted against each other to see who could get our business. Friends of ours were invited to breakfast and spent 1-2 hours in a sales pitch that they felt they couldn't get out of. This in addition to the people roaming the resort trying to sell extraneous items (cigars, phone cases etc) interfered with the relaxation process. My advice for prospective guests would be to decline any invitations assertively unless you want to waste your precious vacation time trying to get out of uncomfortable sales pitches.
