    Excellent service

    Matthias at the excursion and adventure desk was excellent. His exacting & professionalism including accommodating American personalities is one to be commended. Great job! The housekeeping and facility including the water taxi in the lobby is extraordinary.

    Ivy - her daily water fitness classes are the best! Great music, inspires anyone around the pool to join in the fun.

    Water fitness classes with Ivy are the best! The daily workout, and the music draws folks off the lounge chairs and patio into the fun workouts. 30 minutes - Monday - Thursday. Check it out if your around you will meet fun people who enjoy movement .

    Great hotel, just do NOT stay at the ocean view rooms on the ADULT side.

    This is a tough review for me. I liked the hotel, the staff was amazing the rooms are OK. But the private island makes it!! So for check in was quick and I was even offered a upgrade to an ocean view!! I was very excited. I was told the room was not ready but I was OK sitting by the pool. (We were at the adult side.) When we got to the room, just wow. What a view. Everything I wanted....and then. We went to be a little early because we were tired from traveling. We expected a little road noise but it was unbearable. At 1am, the screeching of tires and loud stereo made the room horrible. If you are offered an ocean view, make sure it is away from the road. Great hotel, but for the noise alone, I would have stayed at the family suites across the street.

    Wonderful island vacation!

    The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort was a recommendation from a friend and this resort did not disappoint! Beautiful, comfortable and friendly!! Every staff member that we encountered was professional, courteous and willing to got out of their way to make my stay feel special. A big thank you to Resort Navigator, Aryln Gongaza, who answered a lot of my questions about the resort and Aruba before my arrival. She was prompt in responding to my emails and gave great information. I would highly recommend this resort for location, the private beach area (truly amazing) and the wonderful staff. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I am sure I will be back!!

    A Must Stay at the Renaissance

    We stayed at the adult resort (not the sister property that is family friendly). The resort itself is nicer than most Caribbean resorts. Decent size rooms and clran. Te private island is what really makes this place standout. They boat you to it (7-8 minutes) but they make it as convenient as possible by having the boat pick you up from the ground floor in the middle of the hotel (they have a canal dug out that even goes under the city street and right into the hotel). The beaches at the island are spectacular and protected by a breakwall so you don't get the waves or need to worry about rip tides. They don't have many restaurants on the resort, but there are more than enough within very close walking distance. Be sure to use their Navigator services and ask for Harold. He was amazing! So helpful finding tours for my wife and I for the week we were staying at the hotel. As well as booking us a tour the following week when we were no longer at the resort. He is very knowledgeable, gave us great advice on places to go, and even booked our reservations for us. Again, Harold is amazing!
