Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. Nov 21, 2024Don’t change your reservation
The resort overall was pretty good. Luckily we got there before the strike. The staff was great while we were there and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will say the resort itself was a little underwhelming. The views and the room were wonderful, but the hotel it self needed so much work. There were cracks in the walls, chipped tiles, not one ice machine worked, and the bocce ball area was broken and basically a big cat litter box. The food was excellent though. The options were limited but I never had a bad meal. When it came to alcohol, if you enjoy an adult beverage, this place certainly does not water down its booze. Again, not a large selection, but the drinks they made were incredible. Very impressive for an all inclusive. By far the most disappointing part was when I needed to change my reservation. The process itself was easy enough but they need to cancel and refund your deposit, then you pay in full at the hotel. Needless to say I have not received my deposit back. My cousin had the exact same experience, and we each received the same line that “ There was an error in processing the return.” We are both still waiting. I’m guessing this may be standard operating procedure when issuing refunds and hoping people will forget. Overall the trip was fun, but I would probably not revisit based on this experience.

Great vacation!! The staff was always so attentive. Lydia at the coffee shop remembered what we wanted each day. Hung by the energy pool. All the wait staff and bartenders were great. Especially Danial and Roger. The staff in all the restaurants were great. Never waited long for anything

Great resort, great food, great service!
We had an incredible trip despite rainy weather! The food at this resort was 10/10, best of any resort I’ve ever been to. Thomas (the bartender with the margarita cart) was top tier and truly made our experience so wonderful. If you go to this resort, get a mango margarita from him! He’s amazing!! Also the espresso martinis in the Preferred Club Lounge were excellent! (Shout out to Jesus, Luis, & Alfredo!)

We had an amazing stay with a larger group. The staff is what really stood out! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Xavier took care of our belongings and helped us get ready to go to the pool while we awaited our room being ready! Emelio checked us into the exhale club and helped us arrange a perfect semi private group dinner for my birthday. He checked in on us throughout our whole stay and is so friendly. Memo stood out on entertainment and was present day and night!! Christian the bartender was so attentive and made a great drink we made up and just named it “the Christian” haha! We will be back for a fun time. The food was good, some of it great. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were so clean just some of the furniture looks like it could be refreshed and as stated everywhere they do everything they can to clean up the beach of seaweed it’s just not great but we spent the entire trip at the pool anyway!

Juan Carlos pool serve r
Our server at the pool Juan Carlos made our trip! He was extremely helpful and made our experience exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best ! He was very personable and attentive! Thank you Juan Carlos we are looking forward to coming back !
