There were many highlights and we had a great time overall. We’ve been to many resorts in Cancun area. Beautiful property! The swim up suite was amazing and the service was great. Thank you to Ferni, a great poolside host. Raul G at the gravity was an amazing bar tender, as well as his copilot - you have to have a mango margaritas with tajin rim!! Karaoke was a highlight, the band and lead were top notch and I think this evening could have gone on longer than it did with lots of great singers. Evan, Angie and Mel were spectacular butlers. Andrei upgraded our room at checkout, so thank you for giving us the king room instead of two queen beds -it made us we feel seen as a queer couple! Helios was our favorite a la carte- always warm food and great service. Room service is more timely at breakfast time than afternoon- omelette and pancakes were a regular for us. We loved Italian resto -all the servers there were great. Karina was amazing at the pool and all the swim up bartenders who literally never stopped. Chic cabaret was fun and the performers were great- it felt like the show was a bit on the longer side for short adult attention span - cost is about 50 USD per person. Danny is the man. We had room service multiple times and he has been very pleasant each time. We really appreciate his kindness and his personality. He helped make our time extra special and did it with a smile on his face and great recommendations.

Relaxing
Beaches are beautiful and service is great! Alfredo from travel and Julio from spa took great care of us. Room service is great and pools are well taken care of and beautiful! Sofia and Hector our butlers greeted us every day and helped with our requests

Nice all inclusive resort
Enjoyed our trip to TRS Coral in Playa Mujeres in January 2025 together with a bunch of tennis friends. The tennis at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre, which is part of the resort, was great, largely thanks to tennis clinics lead by the staff pros Alejandro, Facundo, Frank, Hugo and Rebecca. They were phenomenal! The resort itself also offers lots to enjoy, starting with two nice buffets and a bunch of restaurants, as well as bars, night shows and other entertainment. Our butlers Ivan and Angie were especially helpful with restaurant reservations and every other request we had thrown at them. They were very accommodating. If you enjoy all-inclusive resorts, would highly recommend it.

Amazing service at TRS spa
Isela was amazing!!! Please come Just to see her!! The spa was great the service was great and overall the staff was great, they really take care of you here and make sure that all things are good, make sure to come visit soon and see everyone that is here
