    Amazing Vacation!!!

    Fernando and Sofia were fabulous butlers! I celebrated my birthday during my vacation. Fernando made sure that there were balloons and champagne in my room and a bath with beautiful flower petals. They had our reservations for our entire stay booked within 24 hours of our arrival and we had a wonderful time! Thank you Fernando and Sofia!!! Hugs!!! Our entire vacation was amazing! I can't find one negative thing to say about the resort or the staff. Everyone was wonderful!

    Butler service truly exceptional

    We had wonderful, relaxing week at TRS Coral hotel. It felt like we were visiting cute little town with cafes, beautiful restaurants, great food, interesting street life, and... wonderful beach. What also made our stay so remarkable was butler service. We had a team of 3 energetic, skillful butlers - Roman, Jorge and Guilman. Their service was truly exceptional, making our stay unforgettable. From arranging reservations, fixing minor issues, giving valuable advices to handling luggage, everything was handled with speed and efficiency, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress. What a great team! We will be planning staying in this hotel again.

    Love this resort

    I have been to this resort many times, including the soft opening. It is very large and spacious. Golf cart transport is available for those that do not feel the need to work off the calories from all the great food! Multiple restaurants to choose from. Chic Cabaret is a MUST! If a restaurant is not what you desire, there is a Sports Bar and Coffee Shop. Too tired to leave the room, order room service. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. The staff are responsive with questions and concerns. The beach and pool areas are clean and have plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas. Multiple bars available to keep your Yeti full! A special shout out to butlers Naysin, Lisbeth; TRS Francisco (server @ breakfast) making sure we had a Carjillo with breakfast. Elena at TRS Member check-in and Abraham at El Gauche. I will be returning before the year’s end.

    Not what we expected for a 5 star hotel

    Hotel was beautiful, servers were extremely nice and friendly. Desk help was not friendly at all. Welcome drinks were not provided upon arriving. Bedsheets and pillow cases smelled clean but had stains. Mini bar was not stocked with what was requested on the online questionnaire. Room was not decorated for our anniversary according to information given on the questionnaire. I’m disappointed because all of the small things were perfect. But really important things were missed. Will not be returning unfortunately.

    Very nice facility with very friendly staff

    The facility was very nice. The grounds were very well kept. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool staff were very friendly accommodating. Our Butlers Naysin and Lizbethwere amazingly helpful, even when I had an issue with a room on another floor. The only thing underwhelming was the food. We didn't make it to all the restaurants, but I can't say any of them were spectacular, but at least all decent.
