    TRS CORAL STAY

    Our stay at the TRS CORAL HOTEL was outstanding. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff always makes you feel right at home. As a matter of fact, when you check in they great you by saying “WELCOME HOME”. The restaurants are fantastic but the room service staff were AMAZING. IVAN was incredible!! He made sure our morning breakfast was perfect every morning. He pays attention to detail and is always focused on exceptional customer service. Our Butlers “Jimmy and Fernando” are extremely professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. They both go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. They made our stay memorable and we are so appreciative of them. Alex from the pool made sure that we were taken care of as well. He is very attentive, courteous and welcoming. He always made sure we felt extra special so we appreciate him for that. All of these guys need to recognized for their amazing customer service skills. Thanks for an awesome time!!

    Avoid sales pitch

    Hotel was nice but avoid the sales pitch to join the vip club as we wasted 3 hours of our anniversary due to being mislead and hard pressed to join

    Great Time!

    We had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful and our butlers Lupita, Adrian, and Efrain were very good to us. The Chic Cabaret is a must-see, and one of our favorite parts of the trip as well. We had a swim up suite and the water was quite cold but it was still very nice. The bed and swinging chairs on the back porch were great as well.

    Skip the time shares sales pitch

    This place will confuse you into believing you are getting a tour of some sort and railroad you into a high pressure sales pitch. Completely caught us off guard and ruined the mood for our 15 year anniversary. Nice place but go somewhere else.
