    Had high hopes, fell short!!

    My wife and I have stayed at multiple all inclusive carribean resorts. We had high hopes for this place and it fell short. No sooner did we arrive we felt pressured to give tips. Even for the simple things like the lobby to lobby shuttle. The buffet breakfast is horrible. Ended up going to the le cafe @ the Divi side every morning. Our room was just OK. The shower doesn’t drain so you stand in your own tepid filth, along with god only know what was growing on the tile. The best part of the trip was the walk out beach front room and some of the fine dining such has the paparazzi. I’ve seen better beaches such as Grace bay. This was a 2 in one trip. First and last. Keep looking if you want to stay in Aruba

    Best experience ever!

    We were in Aruba for a friend’s wedding and were blown away. Not a detail missed, everything was perfect, food was delicious, and the whole experience was beyond our expectations. Made us wish we would’ve gotten married in Aruba. Best vacation ever! And Marina Perez made our trip even better by taking such good care of our group every time she was serving our party.

    Buzz kill

    Very pricey. Rooms are semi updated and the food is very mid. Buffet in the morning is always over crowded for breakfast. Good luck getting a buzz the drinks are either watered down or they are using alcohol mixed with water. The frozen drinks are great but no taste of alcohol in them.

    There are better choices

    Not the best experience in Aruba. Reviews say it has been updated but bathrooms are so small. Door to bathroom doesn't open all the way so if you're a large person it's a very tight bathroom. Bathroom tiles needs to be replaced with brand new. Existing tile is disgusting. Restaurants not clean, windows dirty with kids finger prints, and glasses/utensils not cleaned properly. One night we had a wine glass with someone's lipstick still on it. The location is far from the high rise hotels, you need to take a bus to get to any shopping/restaurants/casino. Not all restaurants shared with Divi are open every night so you have to make a reservation to be guaranteed a seat in a restaurant or eat at the buffet. They're currently doing some beach work so at night you heard the bull dozer and during the day they're filling sand bags. The beach and chairs do not get picked up every night. I would spend the extra money and go to a high rise hotel where they're clean and you have your plentiful choice of restaurants.
