Returned for a 3rd time for our wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience like the last 2 times. We got married at this resort and the whole experience from planning with the amazing Alma to the day of the wedding being perfect was a dream despite the rain. My guests were pleased with the experience and food. Fast forward a year later we returned for birthdays and anniversary, the experience, service and food was still amazing. Our son was in the daycare daily and talks about how much he misses it. The food at the a la carte was delicious (Italian, Mexican and thai) room service was very good, fresh and the presentation was outstanding. This will be our go to resort in cancun. Thank you team fiesta for an amazing experience once again. Special thanks to the daycare ladies on my son's behalf, Cici and Marlene.

Great place to stay in Cancun
I highly recommend this resort. We traveled with our 9 year old daughter and she loved the kids club. We've been to two other Cancun resorts and my daughter thought this was the best kids club by far! Meri, Ceci and Marlene were great at the Fiesta kids club! I would also like to recognize Esteban with the entertainment staff and Miguel with the activities staff for providing great service. Overall a very nice resort with good food, nice and well maintained pools and beach areas and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Best in cancun
Wow .. this is the best experience. Once you reach to the resort .. it’s the staff who will take care of everything.. the hospitality is on the highest level.. good , bar , entertainment ,pool, cleanliness are very good.. I was with my 2 years and 8 years old .,

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Staff was helpful and informative. Mike and eddy from the entertainment team are a dynamic duo to get your vacation fun and exciting. Good music and good vibes. The restaurants were delicious and huge portions

Great time at fiesta americana condesa
Sr. OLavio and Sr. David were amazing as well as the rest of the staff at this resort! I recommend anyone that comes to Cancun check this place out! The food is great and the attractions are even better! Rooms are clean and the service is top notch. There is something for everyone here!
