  Can't wait to come back

  I like the open bar and the access to the beach and pool were relaxing, the open food was also a great addition, My only complaint and this is a personal thing that for me I would've liked to stay longer at the pool after 8 pm and I understand that's a hotel rule but it was awesome nevertheless

  Be very careful

  First, the food was great and the service was great. The facility is perfect (not too big, not too small). The entertainment was also good. The bad part is the SAFETY of the guests. What I mean is, the tile floor in the room and the hallway is dangerous because it's so humid there that the floors are always wet and slippery. They never dry...yes even in the rooms. You have to be really careful especially if you're elderly. One fall is all you need to ruin your vacation or potentially your life. It's obvious they can prevent all that because they use different tiles in the lobby and restaurant and they seem to dry and not be slippery. Again, everything was good/great but the floors. So it's up to you to support this facility but it only takes one fall...

  Great Value for AI

  Overall a good experience for the price point. Property is well maintained with beautiful grounds. Lobby and lobby bar quite nice. Pool options are good, and decent temperature. Beach is just ok, narrow, and a little steep so not much room. Most staff were pleasant; however other customer facing staff didn’t seem to be up to interacting with hotel guests. Once you get your key a bellman takes you to room, however there isn’t really anyone to explain the resort layout, restaurants etc as many other resorts provide. Rooms were clean, decent size for two people; however some might be bothered by the lack of bathroom privacy due to frosted glass doors that don’t fully close. Didn’t bother us. AC worked well. I’d give this place a 3.5/5 if it was an option.

  Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún 2024

  Carla was the best! She is from vacation information, she was very friendly and treats you as family . She was very helpful when it came to planning our tours and getting to know the hotel and recommendations of nice things to do near the area whether it was day or night time . Also Miguel from the tours information was great! When it came down to us purchasing tours he was knowledgeable about lengths of tours and also helped with planning it based upon the weather conditions . He also gave us his contact information in case we got lost in the city we can always refer back to him and made himself available for anything we needed during our stay . Hotel is okay. Food was not the greatest except the cevicheria . Cevicheria is a must try! Hotel also is very limited to activities and shows .

  Perfect

  It was an amazing experience. Definitely will return. Mr Eladio made it amazing by being very attentive and providing to our every request and even going above and beyond what we needed. The bartenders at the pool bar were amazing and really fast to serving our drinks without having to wait. Thank you.
