  Great Resort but slightly spoiled by unexpected Late-Night Party Noise

  While our overall experience at Fiesta Americana was exceptional, I must express significant disappointment regarding an incident on our final night that severely impacted our stay. The hotel hosted a poolside event from 7-10pm that created an unacceptable level of noise disruption to guest rooms. The music was so overwhelmingly loud that we could physically feel the bass vibrating through our bed, making it impossible for our son to sleep. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the complete lack of communication from the hotel regarding this event. As paying guests, we should have been notified well in advance about such a significant disruption to our evening. This oversight in communication left us completely unprepared and unable to make alternative arrangements for our child's bedtime routine. While we understand that hotels host events, proper guest communication is essential for maintaining the high standards we experienced throughout the rest of our stay. This single incident, unfortunately, cast a shadow over what would have otherwise been a perfect 5-star experience. The absence of any advance notice or consideration for sleeping children and other guests was disappointing and unprofessional. Had we been informed about this event beforehand, we could have planned accordingly or even requested a room further from the noise. This lack of transparency significantly impacted our final impression of what was, until then, an excellent stay.

  Great hotel, view and service!!!

  The beds were amazing! Good food and wonderful service. My daughter had a cut and Soledad assisted us right away. She then came back to check on my daughter to make sure she was well. I appreciated that very much. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Me gusto bastante la comida.

  Me gusto mucho y me cuidardon cuando tuve herida. La comida y Los espectaculos fueron muy Buenos y divertidos. I injured my toe in the pool and was very well taken care of by the medic and dr Martinez. All the staff had amazing attitudes and you can tell they are amazing people.

  Fiesta Americana Condensa

  Amazing service! Workers are so hospitable and make you feel like family. This is my second time coming and I have loved it so much. They have lots of activities for everyone (kids and adults)! The views to the beach are emasculate and worth every penny.

  My Honeymoon Experience

  Me and my wife booked this hotel for our honeymoon and we did a 14 night stay. The hotel itself is in a great location, beautiful surroundings and lots to do. You can either relax by the pool or there is a lot of day trips/excursions that are easily accessible from here. The staff are excellent, not once did we have a bad or negative interaction with any of them. They are all friendly, they do their jobs exceptionally well and are always happy to help. The restaurants and buffet area are all great places to eat that offer a lot of variety but our favourite for evening meals was the Italian restaurant. The breakfast buffet always has a great selection too. Special shoutout to Eladro, Layely, Alberto, Henry Gomez and Jafat (the breakfast staff/waiters)
