We visited Dreams Curaçao because we were looking for something family-friendly and not too crowded. This was our second time staying at this resort, and once again, we were very happy with our experience. Our 4-year-old daughter had an amazing time, and we felt the place was very safe for her. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to her needs, which we truly appreciated. We especially loved the entertainment team – they were warm, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cozy resort with beautiful beach entrance Overall size of resort is small, but have good restaurant selection. There’s areas with opportunities, but it seems like team is actively looking for feedback and making progress. Best part of this hotel is beach access. It’s near the cliff, you will get access to beautiful water access with lots of fish!

If you're satisfied with average, this is the resort for you
I would give this resort 3 stars. My expectations of a Dreams resort, weren't met. Everything was just average. The service and the food. The hotel is a little dated. The beach area is small but you get to see the colorful fish swim around you. The pools are very well maintained but the lounge chairs needs to be replaced. Feels like you're sitting in a sink hole. You might see someone walking around taking orders and then again, you might not. Some of the bartenders were really good and a few must have been in training because a few of my cocktails were way off. The service in the café were a hit or miss. I would finish my breakfast, then someone would finally come over to offer something to drink. Not very attentive. Some were but not many. Overall this resort did not meet my level of service. It might be a great hotel for someone who has not experienced a higher level service and better food.

If your looking for cheap and comfortable, go here. The food is terrible because it's under cooked or over cooked, the world cafe is same food every breakfast and lunch and not many options, dinner options are not available in a timely manner, not many interesting activities or entertainment, no disco but a casino, no hot water in shower in many rooms, the beach is just enough, the pool area is confusing and many can't find the jacuzzi but I did. I talked to many vacationers and we all feel the same. Lucky for them they had a car to go eat and party else where. I was able to relax and chill. Even with the birds poop on me.

I wouldn't stay here again but it is a pretty view and management is great as well
I wouldn't stay here again. The beds were hard, rooms needed updating, and the food was subpar to say the least. We had multiple maintenance issues with our room while staying at the property (including not even being able to access our room at times). The positives--the pool was beautiful and the daily/nightly entertainment team did an excellent job. We did a TON of tours and excursions and only were actually at the resort for one full day (most tours were 1/2 day to full day)....so for the amount of time we were there it was pretty and it was decent. We were there w/our kids who enjoyed the pool basketball, beach volleyball, and nightly shows. They had a blast. Was it 4 or 5 star? Hardly. It needs a LOT of renovations and food/beverage overall to be what it could be.....COULD it be amazing? Absolutely.....but the Hyatt Hotels Corp needs to invest a good bit of time and money there to bring it up to par. I WILL say that when we did have issues, the manager, Milagros Suart, was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to try and compensate for the shortcomings of the resort and other staff. But one person can only do so much...…..I hope that the Hyatt Corp realizes what a jewel she is and that she deserves all the recognition for going above and beyond for the guests. It is ONLY because of her that our trip was still fantastic, even given the issues at the property.
