Vacation
Beautiful place. March busy month to travel, so do April or May ! Food amazing! Crepes the best dessert ever!

Very good resort overall
Number one about the resort was not having to battle for lounge chairs! First time ever! Cleanliness was excellent and poolside service was excellent as well, shoutout to Oscar who kept us hydrated 😉. The food was a bit of a letdown, although not terrible by any measure, it wasn’t great. The booze dispenser in the room was the real deal, so thanks for that! I would definitely stay at the Riu Palace again!

Uncalled for
I have stayed at the RUI Palace several times in the past we came to Cabo. With friends and we stayed at the fiesta Americana it was amazing place. The people were so friendly but all I did the entire seven days was brag about RUI Palace and tell actually convince my friends to extend our vacation four more days and stay at the RUI Palace. We walked 4 miles down the beach to go to the RUI Palace to see if they had rooms available. The lady told us no they were sold out I said OK thank you do you know where else any of your resorts we could stay? She told me you need to leave my resort now. I said we are gonna leave. We’re just trying to stay somewhere for four more days. She said you need to leave and she was mad. I had her little cup with water in it we went out front to get a taxi to leave the resort and the guy said he would call us a taxi just to have their security come and tell us we could not get a taxi from their place and we needed to walk another half mile off their premises to find a taxi somewhere else which lead us to the middle of a freeway-and nowhere to find a taxi. I was appalled. I will never stay at the RUI Palace nor ever recommend it, they were the rudest people I’ve ever met. Also put us into danger by not allowing us to have a taxi called this was so rude and uncalled for the RUI Palace customer service has really gone fallen short . If they don’t have your money and don’t have room for you they treat you like a criminal it was so unnecessary. They could’ve just said we’re so sorry. Maybe next time or recommended a place or got us a taxi no need to treat us like criminals. You’ll never get my money again or recommendation.

Loved my stay at the Riu Palace in Cabo
Riu Palace is a fantastic all inclusive resort! The view of the tips of the Baja peninsual and Lover's Beach were gorgeous. The pools are beautiful. Be sure to take advantage of the pool activities such as Latin Dance and water aerobics with Orlando--exercising has never been more fun! You'll need to exercise because the food is delicious! The Italian restaurant, the buffet with the huge variety of food and the taco bar near the activity pool were my favorites. The staff keep the grounds spotless and are very friendly. I was there with my daughter and we felt very safe and well cared for. I can't wait to return! Well done, Riu!

Great experience
Loved it! Hard to get into some restaurants, but I was already expecting that. Other than that, it was wonderful.
