Mar 21, 2025Gift shops incredible staff
I didn't stay at the resort but I did visit their gift shop. I needed a gift but the resort I stayed in didn't have a gift shop so I visited the Seven Stars resort gift shop. They had a nice selection to choose from but most of the things had Seven Stars embroidered in them so since we didn't stay there, I didn't want to do that. I did get a plain Turks & Caicos hat and some jewelry. The two sales ladies were nothing short of awesome. One asked me if I wanted a refill of water. Then she offered me a glass of fruit punch and offered to 'adult' it us which I didn't want. It was a very nice experience at the gift shop. I don't ask much from people and I am very easily satisfied but these two wonderful ladies really wowed me with some great customer service. I sadly don't remember what day i went and I didn't get their names but they really made an impression on me. Bottom line, if the gift shop staff is this helpful, just think how wonderful the rest of the resort would be.

Everything we hoped for
What a wonderful stay at the Seven Stars We were greeted by James, who was friendly, kind and very knowledgable. The room was amazing with an incredible view. The property is very well maintained. Clean and welcoming. The pool area was never crowded, and the beach was wonderful. Service at the Deck restaurant was very slow. We usually had to wait 45-60 minutes to get our food. But, the grand scheme of things, this was a minor nuisance. Lila helped us with drinks and food at the beach and was one of the most kind and friendly beach attendants I have ever met. They have a great team at the Seven Stars. You can tell they invest in their people. We will definitely be back.

A great experience.
My wife and I just returned from 10 days at Seven Stars. From start to finish, we felt welcomed. The staff were superb. Stanley and Lasantha cleaned our rooms in the morning and evening. They were friendly, professional and have a fine eye for detail. The grounds and pools were immaculate. We enjoyed eating at the Deck and Seven restaurants. My wife and I visited the Spa and it definitely was worth it. My opinion of our stay is best expressed by saying we are planning a return trip in the very near future.

Incredible Resort! We loved our stay.
We loved our stay at Seven Stars! Our room was beautiful and immaculate. We arrived at 2p and our room was ready. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us and a welcome note. Everything was comfortable and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful resort and wonderful experience
Loved Seven Stars. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend. Room was spacious, ocean view was beautiful, beach was beautiful, service was impeccable. There are 2 pools on the premises, if that's your thing. There's a spa and a fitness center as well. F
