Experience on the vacation
The vacation steak amazing, with a summer atmosphere in the middle of winter. The hotel features a large, jungle-like property filled with trees, creating a lush and relaxing environment. The staff are incredibly friendly, adding to the positive experience. The local fruits are fresh and delicious, and the local animals are amusing and entertaining, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Sambay Bar
Today, we had the absolute privilege of meeting Citlale. What an amazing interactive, friendly, charming human. She truly contributed to our experience here at the Grand Sirenis in such a positive way. From helping us find the right cocktail and sharing plenty of great laughs with our group. She brought out the best in all of us. Allowing our evening to be a memorable one, she felt like a new best friend and individually took care of each member of our groups needs. For our one friend who was indisisive and just couldn't figure it out, she truly made sure he not only was catered to but left with 3 new favorite drinks. He turned out to be the life of the party when originally before Citlale he was a serious drag. We all truly appreciate the excellent service and will not only be reccomending the Grand Sirenis but will make sure they know what an amazing staff you have as well. Thank you, Citlale

Great unexpected adventure!
Great unexpected adventure! Cecilia, sports animator, provides “bike tours” twice a day. We expected this to be a nice bike ride around this resort. What a surprise! A wonderful combination of light exercise + hilarious entertainment + engaging education. He brought the jungle to life explaining which plants were poisonous, the benefits of others, and lots about animals. One of the stops was at a simulated ruins site where we learned about Mexican history and the ways of the Mexican peoples. Another stop was at fresh water pools hidden in the vegetation and teeming with life. It was a super fun excursion without leaving the resort. Thanks Cecillio!

Amazing holiday - didn’t want to leave
Upon arrival check in flowed and was taken straight to our room which was clean and beautiful. We did have to change rooms due to a ceiling leak but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The pools are provided at such a variety that there’s somewhere for everyone - we particularly liked the quiet pool as you are just surrounded by animals and trees. The beach was also a highlight for us - crystal clear water and so much wildlife and coral. Food was fantastic. We loved the beach grill which had a variety and always tacos on hand! The bbqs they did were amazing too! Different each time from fish to pork to paella - just great options. The a la carte restaurants were great too. We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese where the food was delicious and the chefs put on a fantastic show. We also tried the Mexican, the casa alma and butchers (Mario was a superstar at the butchers one). The Peruvian wasn’t to our liking but friends we met loved it, so it really is dependent on what you like. Drinks: would have liked a straw with the daiquiris as this made it a little tricky to drink but nothing was going to stop me having it! William at the mixology bar was the star of the show and provided quality and top level service with his drinks. One thing I think could be improved is just to have a list of the different restaurants on the app along with their opening and closing times. Most things are open but sometimes we got it wrong so having that before hand would help ☺️ Thank you for a outstanding holiday Sirenis and I’m sure we will be back in the future 🇲🇽❤️
