Zoetry was a fantastic getaway! The grounds were immaculate. The staff was always friendly whether they were passing you on a walkway or attending to us in a service capacity. Our Concierge, Alejandro, was a total pleasure to work with. He helped us arrange activities, provided important info and scheduled our car service to return to the airport, as we left separately from our group. Loved our stay here!!

Pure BLISS
WOW 🤩 I knew Zoetry was going to be a relaxing and beautiful experience but it surpassed my expectations with the level of personalized service, attention to details, amenities, food, gardens, spa, and activities! The staff here are absolutely the BEST and top notch. Everyone smiles and is SO nice and genuinely concerned with providing you a flawless experience. From the moment you walk off the shuttle you are greeted with a cold towel, fresh juice, and get to pick a personalized essential oil for your room! Our concierge Wiris was so lovely and kind. Anything we needed, he was there. He checked in with us daily and even planned a special birthday dinner for me. The entertainment staff is awesome and fun and very talented and they work very hard. Thank you Gilberto, Rafael & Jason & Siguey! The waiters and waitress and kitchen/cafe staff remember your name and preferences. Natali, Lisabeth, Alejandra and Soranyi were a JOY to see everyday. And Yovaney was such a sweet housekeeper, she wrote thank you notes to us daily. This place is a total vibe, the feng shui of the gardens, the smell and music in the spa, the pools, the beach…. Total ZEN. We even got to experience an Earth ceremony on the beach with a very lovely woman who guided us with Tibetan sound bowls. The spa treatments were also a highlight, I recommend Santa, she’s so nurturing and I could finally relax and sleep well after travel with the hot stone massage she provided. 🙏🏽 I will definitely return!

Best experience ever!!!
Our entire stay was nothing short of extraordinary—we were truly treated like queens from start to finish. Every member of the team went above and beyond, never hesitating to assist us in any way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made our experience not just enjoyable but truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality and will cherish these memories forever!

The Quiet We Didn't Know We Needed
Zoetry was the most relaxing, quiet resort we have been to. It was easily walkable, however not easily accessible for those with disabilities (steep steps and small bridges) . We were pleased that this all inclusive resort had different dining options without an overwhelming amount of restaurant choices. We appreciated the lack of buffets as we don't love them. The food and drinks were good quality and we had no complaints about food or options for food during our stay. They had premium liquor options and the pours were healthy. The nightly entertainment was great. And the Spa experience was AMAZING we got the couples massage and enjoyed a relaxing 100 minute massage. The ambience of the resort was excellent well cared for and tended to. All staff was friendly and greeted us as we traveled through the resort. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to unwind and rest.

Feels like private lixury
We had best time from checkin to checkout. Staff is amazing.. facility is well maintained.. restaurants are great.. no place is crowded so it feels like private vacation.. entertainment and activities are also great… overall we had best all inclusive experience ever
