    Dreams Resort and Spa Puerto Vallarta Good but has some issues

    The resort is nice. The staff is great, especially Carlos the Pool waiter and “Francisca” the Housekeeper. She kept our rooms so amazing especially the 4 too a with grandkids. What a sweet lady and hard worker!! Now the not so good….LOUD music at night until 11pm. There is no reason at all we need to hear it over our TV Volume in the rooms. The staff at check in cannot even hear phones ring. That is unsafe and no reason against is soooooo loud. Goes until 11:00 pm almost every night. The entertainment manager needs to turn down the Volume so loud people cannot talk in lobby and staff can hear phones ring and we all cannot sleep at 10:30 at night, which is when it says it is over. Which it is NOT! This needs addressed, it was the same problem and many complaints last time we were here in 2020! Please fix this issue as it would be a better place to stay. You have not fixed the problem for the last 4 years

    A Fabulous Experience

    Dreams Vallarta was a wonderful place to visit!! The food, service and accommodations were all excellent!! We also enjoyed the top notch entertainment and the beautiful setting!! It was easily accessible to the airport as well! I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!!

    Wonderful Paradise

    Truly an unforgettable vacation! Breathtaking resort and the friendliest staff! We travelled with our 22 month old and the kiddie pool was prefect! The dining options were great! We mostly ate at the buffet (with our toddler) and really appreciated that the menu changed daily. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dreams Vallarta Bay!!

    Great experience!!

    The entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and fun! We loved meeting people who were also staying at the hotel and doing the many activities offered! The Italian restaurant was to die for and Salvador and Kevin helped us practice our Spanish! I would be thrilled to visit again.

    December at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa

    The resort is amazing. Staff is top notch. Food is fabulous. Bed is extremely comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The day time entertainment in the pool area is a lot of fun. They come up with new things to participate in every day. Very creative.
