My family and I went out for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary and we had the pleasure of having Naomi help us out while we were there. She was absolutely amazing and super sweet. The whole family loved her if you get a chance who gets to help you while you are there, I would highly recommend her.

Dreams Puerto Vallarta Bay Resort Gave Me "All My Life Back!" I got rest and my stay was so refreshing!
We received a warm welcome and a cool hand towel upon arrival. As we proceeded to the Front Desk to check in, we were offered a glass of Champaigne. Each person we approached greeted us with a smile. When we went to our room and opened the door, my breath was taken away by the amazing view of the Ocean! The room was phenomenal as well. The gentleman that showed us to our room gave us a tour of our room and how to order room service. I loved how the television was easy to work in order to room service should we decide to order. The Dreams Puerto Vallarta Bay was breathtaking. The front Desk person David was so kind and helpful. He asked about our travel, then let us know what restaurants were available. This was the first time I have been to a Resort where there were two Resorts side by side! The view of the entrances were spectacularly presented. We immediately started taking pictures. Each day I woke up with excitement to how welcoming the staff was as well as discovering all the amenities Dreams had to offer. The Pool side conveniences to get towels, the easy access to restaurants, the entertainment, the activities were awesome. It was so much fun walking through and seeing people having such a great time. I can see why there seemed to be a Wedding going on every day. These resorts were so picturesque. There were so many pools and even a Hot Tub that was really nice and inviting. The Entertainment TEAM was everything! They were so very nice, kind, fun and ready to help everyone who stepped foot on that resort get "ALL their LIFE back." Armando Sotelo and Danilo Hernandez were so welcoming and inviting at every activity. They were so much fun loving, exciting to be around and I had so much fun participating in the Aerobics in the water classes, the games they hosted. Everything about this Resort was awesome. Dreams Vallarta Bay is the best Resort I've had the pleasure to stay at thus far. From the top natch customer service, the wonderful room service, the people stocking the refrigerator, front desk positive vibes and excellent service, ready to assist, the Restaurant service, the food was very good with many food choices, the waiters were so kind, the servers, Chief and cooks were so great as well. The Resort displayed professionalism at it's best! You have to visit this resort! It was excellent! I look forward to visiting again soon!

Great place to stay with your family
The resort is beautiful and well kept. The staff are all so polite and amazing. Alejandro from the buffet was one of the best servers he made sure we were always taken care of and even brought us a safe trip home desert on our last day. Great family trip and amazing food

Everyone was Womderful!! Emmanuel at the concierge desk along with Christian and Judith were also great!! Jimena on the 15th floor was very kind and helpful! We became UVC Members with Francisco and Gibran. We look forward to returning!! 😎

The resort is dated. The rooms have not been updated . The shower leaks to the rest of the bathroom. House keeping does the minimal amount of work. Food quality is average. Shows are poor and basic. Beach area is not well laid out. Sellers are allowed to walk through the lounge chairs although they were very polite
