    Great place to relax and enjoy

    Beautiful hotel, great service, but some of the staff members were pretty racist towards my couple and me as soon as we started to speak Spanish. Ricardo, one of the folks that were at the preferred club was amazing with us, had everything handled and always helped us. A lot of the people at the Italian restaurant (mostly front desk staff) were absolutely rude and seemed to prefer foreigners rather than locals.

    Best week ever

    The beds are super cozy and plenty of different styles of pillows. Turn down service every single night was really a nice treat, along with maid service daily. Food was pretty good for an all inclusive and there were plenty of places to eat. Staff were all absolutely amazing and treated their guests like royalty.

    Food options and Activities were not as expected. Overall good experience and very confidently located near airport. No basketball hoops in pool. Foods were repeating same daily. Property is very small ryan it shows online pictures. Price is not justifying.

    Very enjoyable!

    We had an amazing week at this resort! The food and service was so good. Our butler Noemi went above and beyond for us. Our family booked an Oasis Cabana and that was our favorite day! Resort and rooms were so clean felt right at home and we will be returning

    Dreams Family Vacation

    Everything about our vacation was amazing. Our entire stay was amazing. Food, drinks, entertainment was all exceptional. The resort was clean, Judith was our maid and did an amazing job everyday. We stayed in the preferred rooms, with our family of 4. We were part of a large group of 25. We ranged from 7-70 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Our kids could walk around and grab food and check out the entertainment and we never had to worry about them. Neomi was our butler and she was always responsive to any questions we had. She always had a smile on her face and helpful. All the staff in the hotel were always super friendly. Francisco, the bartender in the preferred lounge always had amazing drinks. The entertainment staff was amazing, always lots of fun. Jorge was always smiling and trying to get everyone involved. Caleb was spot on with getting drink orders and helping us find chairs around the pool area. Daniel at the Japanese restaurant was very friendly and remembered us from the first day to the last day. The food at the resort was great, we tried every restaurant the week we were there and never had a bad meal.
