    Birthday Trip

    The resort was outstanding and everything was great during our stay. I want to especially recognize Willy for his friendly and welcoming demeanor. During our stay there Willy was the best and in my opinion deserves a promotion and raise for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Willy took care of all our needs and really exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for everything Willy.

    Unplug, unwind, drink and dine. Delicious food, excellent drinks and helpful staff. All-inclusive done right.

    People have their opinions on all-inclusive resorts, but whatever you expect from an all-inclusive, your expectations are sure to be exceeded. Beautiful scenery, amazing staff, delicious food and wonderful drinks. Clean hotel, well manicured landscaping, clean pools, fantastic choices in restaurants and consistent, well-made drinks all over the resort. It's awesome. Plain and simple. The Xhale Club was a nice addition. Recommend that option if you have it. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Our host was Joel Ortiz and it was wonderful to have someone provide you with information for each day, restaurant availability, and and be an overall resource for your stay. He did an excellent job and I'd hope to be able to work with him again during a future visit. Best vacation I've ever had, honestly. Would do again in a heartbeat.

    EXCEPTIONAL TRIP TO BREATHLESS

    Willy Vip Host sent us a list of activities, events & shows daily ! HE was attentive & helpful ! ! HE made sure we had a spectacular time at Breathless!! He took us to many delicious restaurants! We loved the French, Italian Steak places & The holiday buffets & 24 hour Room service !! We enjoyed the singers bands, Dom dancers , circus , fire, retro & disco shows! We had an incredible trip thanks to Willy and the staff !!!!

    Excellent

    The resort and service was great our concier Joel was great. Only wish there would be staff that would monitor the pool area to stop people from reserving pool side lounge chairs but are away from the pool area for hours. The overall experience of all 3 resorts was great.

    Xhale club is worth it!

    The resort is beautiful! The food was delicious! The bars were plentiful with the excellent drinks, maybe a little light in the booze but when you may be drinking all day, not necessarily a bad thing! We did Xhale upgrade for the room view and were pleasantly surprised with perks! The service at the XHale lounge was lovely! And, our concierge Joel was wonderful! He knew our names right away and always checked in on us, arranging things for us and our family! The other staff at the Xhale lounge were also top-notch, always greeting us with smiles and great service! The upgraded amenities in the room - beach bag, sunscreen, etc.. a nice touch! Definitely a great place for couples or groups with areas to chill out and relax and areas to party! I would definitely return!
