    A Vacation Must

    We really loved this place. The location was great. It was very easy to get around town. The pool was so relaxing. The night life entertainment was fun as well. The food was amazing. The creating a special dinner for our group.

    Our stay at Riu Palace Mongego bay was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible entertainment team—Bubbles, Dinero, Stringbean, Astro, and Alex V from the bar team. From morning activities to nightly shows, their energy, charisma, and dedication made every moment unforgettable. Bubbles’ infectious joy, Dinero’s charm, Stringbean’s engaging spirit, Astro’s show-stopping talent, and Alex V.’s passion created an atmosphere of pure excitement. The hotel itself was stunning, with exceptional food, and breathtaking views, but it was the entertainment team that truly made our experience magical. If you’re looking for a vacation filled with fun, laughter, and nonstop entertainment, this is the place to be!

    Riu palace jamiaca

    We’ve traveled to a lot of places and resorts but this surpassed our expectations. Our servers were excellent but Professor Ken was our favorite and attentive. Hugh was a big help at all times. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We recommend this place highly.

    Amazing Customer Service and FOOD

    What can I say about our Riu Palace experience, Jamaica owes us absolutely nothing. I would like to highlight some of the incredible staff members who took care of us all week. AlexV was simply unforgettable, going above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of. Alongside AlexV, there were Kimoya, Ewan, Renaldo, and Lesia – just amazing people who truly made our experience much better. Renaldo, in particular, should be on the entertainment team. His dancing brought so much joy to our days there. For anyone who visits, please look out for these five wonderful staff members. I can assure you that they will take great care of you. Aside from that, the food was simply amazing all around, zero complaints. The entertainment was very, very good, and my friends and I made unforgettable memories there. I will definitely be coming back with others to make more experiences, God willing. Thank you again, AlexV, Kimoya, Ewan, Renaldo, and Lesia – your service made a huge difference in our experience.

    Amazing service!!!

    We love Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica!! The entire Riu team at the hotel is amazing! The room is comfortable, there are so many amenities, the food is great, the entertainment and fitness teams never ever disappoint, and the beach is awesome. We never want for anything when we stay at Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica - it is our go to in Jamaica!
