Amazing holiday
Amazing holiday from start to finish. Very short transfer from the airport, which was great, welcome drink on arrival, and very quick check-in. Room may be a bit dated for us as has been mentioned in other reviews but still very clean with plenty of amenities including a fully stocked mini bar and optics which were replenished daily. The rest of the hotel is modern and again spotlessly clean throughout. The food was amazing every mealtime. So much choice at the buffet. We tried every restaurant and had no complaints at all. The hotel is on its own private beach, which was lovely. The sea and pools were all warm. There are only 2 smoking areas, 1 at the front and 1 at the back of the hotel, away from everything, which was nice not having smoke around you when sunbathing or anywhere around the hotel. The drinks were really strong! All top shelf and so much choice! Enjoyed the cafe for my caramel latte fix! The weather was perfect every day, clear blue skies, sunshine and very hot! It only rained once as we were leaving! The entertainment was really good day and night. We were told this was the quieter of the 3 hotels but we found there to be just the right amount for us. Not too busy, not too quiet. We only ever visit adults only hotels, why would you go anywhere with children if you're not taking your own?! So this again was perfect for us. What made it for us was the staff at the hotel. Each and every one we met throughout the whole hotel were so lovely, friendly, smiley and so hard working, especially the entertainment team, wow, they had so much energy! And seemed to be there every day and night! Do they not get any time off?! Amazing memories made, loved every bit of this place.

Great trip!
We were here with a group of 10 for a 50th birthday celebration. Everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly. We have stayed at many Riu's and this resort is on the smaller side, especially for a Palace, but it was very clean and we had no issues!

Beautiful Resort
Great place to celebrate any occasion. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful amenities, great daily entertainment and the food was delicious.

Great Stay for a Great Price Point!
Great Stay for a Great Price Point! The Elite Club service was outstanding and friends enjoyed it. The staff was the most processional that I’ve experienced at any RIU resort.
