I love mostly everything in this resort. From the accommodation and foods they’re all great. I would say the downfall of staying in this resort is when it rains heavy cause their lobby is flooding and even outside the rooms too. Also, the waiters are rushing taking the plates off the table most especially if we’re not done eating yet. Few services need improvements. Amenities are all great too! I highly recommend my family, friends and whoever reads this review to try and enjoy this resort.

Overall - Very Fun Vacation
Overall, this place is nice (good food options and quality, excellent customer service, and fun atmosphere). We enjoyed the entertainment, and pool time, and the property is beautiful! We aren't fans of having to wait to take golf carts to get around the property (to the restaurants, the lobby, and to Dreams).

My husband and I went for our honeymoon, it was amazing. The location, the food, the experience to remember. The staff was amazing. If you are going to visit, I recommend you look for the pool concierge, Jaime Lagunas. He was so helpful with the day to day information and activities. We also had the pool waiter named Cesar. He was the best. Always checked on us to make sure we had drinks and food all the time. The activity team was on point. We had a lot of fun, and we were never bored.

Daniela is fabulous!
We stayed at Secrets Playa Mueres--Daniela from Entertainment was wonderful! Super friendly and energetic! Daniela was super helpful and informed us all day events and also evening entertainment. She lifted our spirits everyday with her wonderful smile!

Enrique Entertainer
Enrique entertainer is super personable, friendly, open-minded. He gave us a warm welcome every day. Enrique ensured a good atmosphere/entertainment at the pool. He enjoys his job and radiates that.
