Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.

We returned from our third trip to this wonderful resort on March 24th after a luxurious 10 day stay. Where do I start? Our experience was amazing ,mostly due to the fabulous staff who greeted us so warmly once again as if we were actually “Family”! We give our thanks to DeLeon, our butler, who attended to our every need and then some. His attention to detail was second to none! We felt like we were royalty! The ladies in the lobby…Noemi (hostess at the Italian restaurant) and Ana Marie (hostess at the Japanese restaurant) welcomed us every night as we arrived at the lobby for our pre-dinner drinks! Also, thanks to Olga(hostess at the Steak Restaurant). Tehani (our wonderful bartender at the Martini Bar) mixed the best martinis for us each and every night! Jennifer and Jahany were lovely waitresses who looked after us in the lobby as well. Next, I will move onto the beach service! Super Nelson, Victor and Donato ensured that we were well looked after with perfect drink service all day long! Gustavo and Juan , the pool bartenders near the Mirage Club were there everyday and always greeted us with smiles on their faces . There is just no limit to what these hardworking people will do to ensure that you are being looked after and having a wonderful , relaxing vacation! I just can’t say enough about the staff! It’s the main reason why we will certainly be back again next year! The resort itself is quite beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are very spacious and are the biggest we have ever had at any resort in the past 20 years. The food at the restaurants is very good. We also ate at the French restaurant (which I didn’t mention previously) a couple of nights and the food /service was second to none. Our butler ,Deleon, arranged a beautiful table for us overlooking the pool outside and it was just magical! As well, every time we ate at the Italian restaurant, Noemi arranged a special table with rose petals . The service we received at this resort rivalled any we have ever had and certainly surpassed many experiences at our restaurants back home ! I just can’t say enough about the wonderful staff ! Our room was expertly cleaned everyday and towels, etc were replenished with no issues whatsoever. The beach is beautiful and there are lots of chairs and huts to be had. Also, I want to thank the ladies in the Mirage Club for looking after us as well. Last but not least, the ladies at the lovely coffee shop greeted us every morning and brought out our coffees and breakfast sandwiches to our table outside. I would certainly encourage anybody who is thinking about this resort to come and enjoy the wonderful hospitality in this beautiful place! We will certainly be back again next year……

Amazing
Very good place to stay, food was great. Vibes were excellent. Every night there is a different show in the theatre they have going on. Alejandro our butler was great. Very helpful for anything we needed. I would recommend this place. Most definitely coming back.

Another Excellent Stay at the Majestic Mirage
Third time staying at the Majestic Mirage and another excellent stay. We booked a Mirage Club suite and our butler was Arturo. Arturo was great, met with us everyday to see how we were doing, and was able to take care of all of our requests. If we stay there again we are definitely asking for him to be our butler. The rooms are great, AC is nice and cold, and I think this is one of the few resorts that doesn't have a lingering humidity in the rooms. Beds are incredibly comfortable as well. The suites overall are massive and having two bathrooms is a really nice thing to have. Beach was beautiful as always. Lenet at the pool concierge always greeted us with a smile every morning at the towel stand, he really does a great job. I do want to give a shout out to Charly at the Mirage Club beach bar for making delicious drinks and Ramon who was one of the best beach servers we've ever had.

Best vacation ever
The majestic mirage was beautiful! This was our first experience at an all inclusive resort. Having our wedding there was the best decision we made! The staff was beyond helpful, experienced, and friendly. We cannot wait to go back! It is worth the trip!

Wonderful Vacation
Stayed here for 1 week. Perfect place to kick back and do exactly what you want. Plenty of excursions if that is what you like. Plenty of pools and entertainment. Food was very good and lots of selections. Our butler Bolivar was excellent. Took care of anything and everything. Would highly recommend this place and Bolivar!
