Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

Feb 22, 2025Check in and out were seamless. Our room was amazing. The food was good. The pool was great no seaweed at the ocean.
Our stay at the Majestic Mirage was amazing. Jorge was our butler and took great care of us from check in to check out and everything in between. Our swim up room was perfect. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and we’ll be back.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by concierge, very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady, Iandra. She offered us drinks and was overall very happy, welcoming, and kind. She made sure we were comfortable while waiting to check in. Carlos with guest services made check in go smoothly and easy. He was more than welcoming and attentive. He helped us set up with wifi and the wave app for communication with our butler. When we came back for check out, he made sure to smile, wave and say hi, showing us he remembered us. Overall so sweet and friendly. When our room was ready, our butler also named Carlos, brought us to our room. When we got to the room, there was only one bed when we had requested two beds. We mentioned to Carlos the room was too far from the main part of the resort as my mother has difficulty walking. He was not clear on whether he was going to talk to reception and return back or not. Time passed and we hadn’t heard. We called guest services/ reception to try and fix our location. Carlos came back down and helped us move to another room. However, this room was on the opposite end of the resort all the way down by the beach, after discussing my mother’s difficulty with walking long distance. After lots of frustration, numerous phone calls and discussions with Carlos, we were told we would be moved to another room closer to the lobby. The first two days consisted of trying to get a room that could accommodate our needs. Also, when trying to get assistance in moving rooms, the people on the phone made us feel at fault for the situation that was at hand and saying the resort was overbooked. Moving rooms. Carlos (our butler) brought us to check the room prior to getting our luggage from the other room, the bags in which we were not able to unpack yet due to multiple moves. Our butler was not going to help us get our bags, in fact he said “you go get your bags?” We said no, we need help. He then asked me to walk down with him to help him. Myself and Carlos walked all the way down and back to move our bags. Once we were settled into our THIRD room, our vacation started. However, our butler was not very attentive and it felt like he was doing the bare minimum. The app to communicate with him did not save his contact so we had no way to get in touch with him up until the day before leaving. Overall, the resort is beautiful, lots of food choices, numerous bars and pools. The beach is right there as well, very accessible and was an amazing addition to our stay. The marketplace staff were amazing, warm and welcoming. Majority of the bar staff were kind and fun as well. The resort also offers lots of fun and excursions. There are daily dance parties / pool parties with staff and every night is a different theme show in the main area. Check out was smooth, very easy. Everyone was very kind. After check out was complete, we saw Iandra again. She was checking on the people sitting at the lobby / reception/ check in/out area with a smile. She presents herself as such a happy, go lucky, compassionate person. She was very, very grateful for the tip we had given her, so much so we went and gave her a little extra.

Feb 22, 2025IANDRA AND ELIO are amazing. Check in/out, room, butler, go majestic(ride service)
Our check in was amazing, "butler Carlos" not the Carlos at guest services he was very friendly! was less than helpful, did not check in with us until the last night had lots more help from other butlers just in passing. 1st room had just one queen we reserved 2 queens. So they moved us to a 2 queen room BUT it was the furthest point from everything. Moved us again to a better location but they did not listen when I said a.c. and refrigerator were not working! I will not complain any more here i want to mention specifically IANDRA in guest service was AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND JUST SWEET AND LOVELY!!!! She made our check in and check out process so much better that girl needs a promotion!!!!!!! Also worth a special mention was ELIO in Go Majestic he was so so pleasant and beyond helpful!!!!!! All desk staff at check in/out are very nice. Again let me just mention IANDRA again she is just so darn sweet, grateful and amazing. She alone made me rethink returning because uo until check out and seeing her again it was a hard no for me!

Wonderful resort.
Wonderful resort. Everything was so amazing. We will definitely be back. We had a swim up suite near the beach. I absolutely loved it. Jorge was our butler and was so attentive and amazing. Entertainment was amazing. The beach has plenty of chairs and huts for shade. There are a lot of water activities.

Fabulous Vacation
Lelus was just fabulous. Could not have asked for a better butler. Very accommodating and couldn’t have been any more friendly. When we come back we will be requesting him. We will definitely be coming back. Property was beautiful and very clean.
