Jan 22, 2025We were perfectly satisfied with everything.
Our butlers Reynaldo and Junior made sure we had whatever we needed in the room. Having said that, we really didn’t have many requests because we were happy with everything provided. This really is an all inclusive, and we danced every night, ate wonderful food and relaxed on the beach as well as by the pools. Of note, we had accidentally left our safe unlocked. Junior found us by the pools, explained what had happened and the protocol for what subsequently happened. We were impressed by the professionalism and thanked him for all he had done. That alone requires a superb rating for all your staff. We were so grateful that this happened here and not somewhere else.

Great hotel to stay
Danilo and Edward they were great , all the time making sure we were okay, grounds are beautiful beach is so relaxing and peaceful, we will be back very soon , food was unbelievable, definitely a place to recommend , drinks are so good and Ery at the pool was excellent

“Our stay at Iberostar Resort in Punta Cana was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the resort’s staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. The facilities were stunning, with pristine beaches, beautifully maintained grounds, and an atmosphere perfect for relaxation. A special shoutout to our incredible butler, Edward, who truly went above and beyond to make our babymoon unforgettable. He surprised us with thoughtful gestures that made our trip so much more meaningful, from personalized decorations to little treats that showed he truly cared about making our stay special. Edward’s attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism were unmatched, and he truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. We highly recommend Iberostar Resort for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with exceptional service. We will definitely return and cherish the memories made during this trip for years to come!”

A resort not to miss.
We recently returned from a one week stay at the Joia Iberostarin Punta Cana and had a wonderful stay. Excellent food, wonderful friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Additionally, we can't say enough about the care of our butlers, Jose and Valentin, who anticipated our every need and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this resort. Plus, very enjoyable well maintained golf on premises.

Tropical Paradise
Our stay at the Iberostar resort in the Dominican Republic was pure paradise! The resort is stunning, with lush gardens, a pristine beach, and beautiful pools. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking ocean views. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From fun activities to relaxing cabanas, there’s something for everyone. I can’t wait to return to this tropical haven!
