    9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.

    Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

    In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

    Wonderful

    The whole experience was wonderful and our butler Victor took really good care of us. He made sure everything we needed we had. From our Excursion to him having a wonderful experience for our wedding anniversary. We like to say thank you to him and to our Lady who took care of our room every morning i don't know her name but she was very nice and good thank you to her. And to all the employees that we came across thank you. 😊

    A more than wonderful holiday with great staff.

    The Majestic Elegance Resort was fabulous from the arrival ceremony, the food, the service in the hotel and on the beach. The beach service from Maxima, Angelina and Marilania was exceptional. Each member of staff that I encountered was helpful and polite. There was also a young woman called Cathryn, who worked in the coffee shop. I was particularly impressed that she always remembered that I drank tea and how I took it (i.e. without sugar and with milk included).

    Plaza Bar

    By far the best experience was at the Plaza Bar, Marcos and Julia team were absolutely fantastic. Very personable and fun to talk with. They always made sure you were always happy and having a good time with all the fun activities! If you want to have a good time find Marcos at the Plaza Bar.

    Fastastic Resort

    We just got home and we already want to go back. Besides the weather being perfect, the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was a great resort. It is very clean, the grounds are excellent manicured, and the pools were amazing. (Parts are missing some titles and they will need to fix those in the future.) We loved that fact that your room key was your bracelet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily and refregrator was stocked. We even got a little surprise two days in our room, hats and beach bag. The bath towels were big and fluffy. The beach was very clean and the water was amazing. If you are like us and enjoy walking on the beach, this beach was perfect for that. You also didn't need to worry about beach towel keys to keep track of. You just walked up and asked for your beach towels. They also were of good quality. The food was also good. Plenty of choices at each resturante. We are not picky eaters so we always were pleased with the choices. The staff/workers are great. Everyone goes out of their way to greet you and serve you. They work super hard, so please tip them. Our butler Melvin was ecellent. He reached out to us daily to let us know what was happening at the resort. Our daughter had a lttle water problem in her room and he took care of it right away. He even knew our names on day two, very impressive. Melvin also answered any of our questions. We love the Majestic Elegance! Matt and Dorene Ohio

    Great resort bar staff.

    Had an amazing time at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. We stayed in the adult club section and everyday at the beach we were taken care of by the sweetest lady on the beach Anyelina Cruz she took great pride in her job making sure everyone was taken care of, greeting us everyday with a hug and a smile. She made our trip one to remember.
