The service has been great and the food too, special mention to miss Mala From the entertainment, the music around the pool, the weather is amazing, the fire and rock am show were very good and fun, my stay and vacations with my mom has been wonderful

Dress codes range from informal/casual for breakfast and lunch to smart-casual for dinner, where men should wear "nice" pants or shorts with their shirts. The food is delicious. During my last stay, we ate at Venezia (Italian) and Ember (Steakhouse). We didn't have a bad bite at Venezia and recommend the seafood dishes at Ember. Make sure to squeeze in time to visit The Bella Vista Buffet—it features daily spreads and stations you have to see to believe! In general, the dining at Joia Paraíso is top-notch, and the customer service is even better. If you ask, they will make it happen, and with a smile! I have visited this resort three times over the past 10 years and could easily make it an annual visit. I think I have convinced my friends that we should visit this resort every couple of years (my husband is already convinced), so there will be more pictures to come!

Excellent experience!
Cynthia, the Zumba instructor, was so incredible! She’s so fun, supportive and brings high energy fun!! The entire resort has been a great experience with high quality service, food and cleanliness. They take food allergies very seriously and are very accommodating.

Perfect
Great resort. The staff are fabulous in all areas. The food was great and the buffets have more choices than you could get to eat! The beach was lovely, comfortable chairs and no need to rush to get a chair at either the beach or the pools. The room was super clean and comfy. The resort is beautiful. Top notch drinks. Highly recommend.
