    Very personal and friendly staff

    The best part was entertainment staff was so friendly. Monica & Joe were always smiling and happy to brighten our days around the pool or night entertainment. Crepes in the breakfast buffet were delicious! Joe taught us a few dance moves, including the salsa.

    Dreams Sapphire

    We went to Dreams Sapphire Resort for a wedding and when we got to our room it was just cleaned with bleach and smelled of mold. We told two different people and nothing was done. Cleaning service did a good job and the food at most places was very good. Bar and cafe service was good. Stores had friendly people but as expected prices were way too high. 48.00 for a ball cap was out of my league. Other than the mold it was a decent place. Be prepared for the salesmen.

    First trip to Mexico!

    It's very nice place to go, very secure, the pool area has waiters/ waitresses that come around, they have activities on and off at the pool area which was nice. It's very kids friendly. They have entertainment in the evenings for people to enjoy also. It was a very nice place to stay! Highly recommend.

    Himitsu Dreams Sapphire

    Alfredo in Himitsu was absolutely a delight! His singing for our anniversary and a birthday was surprising. He should sing in the opera. What a pleasure having him as our server. He brought out a special dessert for us and topped it off with custom songs. Stop In and see him for a great dinner!!

    Indigo review

    We stayed at the new Idigo section this week ..with that being said, other than the nice rooftop pool, save your money. The section is completely accessible by other guests because none of the lockable access doors work. The beach....is non existent. There is only about 35 ft of space between the resort and very rough water. In all, save your money and go someplace else.
