Great service in restaurants and pool areas, activities were good. Rooms, stock are non existence. Water flooded room daily, over to the bed. Husband fell. Lack of interest in the concerns when calling. Grounds not taken care of. Chair pads always soaked, not taken in at night.

We arrived at Dreams Sapphire on November 4. We were a group of 4 couples. Jose arranged our check in at the front desk. He managed to get us in a joining buildings. To couples per. The rooms were nice and well kept. Our maid Abelia did a fantastic job. The buffet was our stop for breakfast and lunch. The selections were excellent. From Dyana our host to Alberto, Salvador and Israel all our needs were met. Sergio the head waiter was there to make sure all of our needs were met. At the beach Jamie whipped up some great drinks for the group and Carlos and Crystal always stopped to make sure our glasses never got empty. At the pool Pedro and Danny kept the drinks flowing and Alberto delivered them with a huge smile every time. At the restaurant Portofino Donovan and waiter Fernando were extremely professional as well as Marco and Santos at the blue water grill. Outstanding service. All in all we had a great trip with my only complaint is that you can’t book times at the restaurants. It’s first come first serve. Would I return? Yes. Jim. Canada November 2024

Best wedding and services ever
We had our wedding here and we truly could not be happier! From start to finish our wedding coordinator Carmen made the process so easy. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, don’t think twice about it. You will not be disappointed!

10/10 would recommend
The resort itself was amazing, very easily navigated, well-laid out & good food options! I would highly recommend this resort as a vacation spot (especially the swim-up suite) but also as a wedding/event venue :) So happy with the staff here but especially Grace Pacheco, the event manager! She was so incredibly responsive and well-versed in all of the needs for an Indian wedding and very patiently catered to lots of last-minute changes & issues!
