    Average resort. Excellent food and beverages! Super Staff!

    The resort was very dated. Requires a HUGE reno. Excluding the Indigo portion. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Very happy with receiving any kind of tip. Food and beverage was excellent. Adults only pool was really nice. Great service and friendly staff. Premium beverages with a smile.

    I can't wait to be HOME AGAIN!

    We are arriving March 30th as a delayed Birthday for myself. This will be our 7th trip to the Sapphire since 2020. We look forward to seeing all the staff. We always get preferred and enjoy the lounge after a long day of fun. I can't wait to see our long time favorites,Mar in entertainment, Jamie and Gabriella at the pool bar and Alberto (Happy Feet) at the buffet.

    Excellent Resort!

    The resort was very nice! Check in was easy, food options were great. The entertainment satisfactory. Beds and rooms excellent. Views were beautiful. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our trip. The workout facility had sufficient equipment for a vacation workout. We used their Spa services and they were amazing!!! All and All I highly recommend Dreams Sapphires Resort & Spa.

    Great experience!

    Staff was awesome! The activities personnel was super friendly and great entertainers! Specifically Mar, Tony, Hania, and Omar! The bartenders were friendly and super quick. Angela, Antonio, Miguel, and Chiquitin were awesome! Would definitely come back, and I hope we see them again! Only thing I disliked was the food at the Mexican restaurant, food was not as good as I expected.

    Great experience at Dreams Sapphire

    Resort is so clean and much smaller than most. Pools and beach areas were also very clean. Loved the beach bar and preferred pool. Did not spend time at main pool but it looked fun. Tractor sweep beach for sea weed every morning. Staff were so friendly. We found the bed to be very comfortable and rooms spacious. We had the King Junior Suite tropical view. We also upgraded to Preferred Club and loved it. Mixed drinks were excellent. The Barefoot Grill had delicious burgers, wings and pizza. Loved the Italian restaurant and Bluewater Grill. We would definitely recommend Dreams Sapphire Resort.
