What We Love
- The resort has a dive shop on-site, Provo Dive. The professional staff can show you the world under the sea with either PADI-certified scuba or snorkeling.
Things to Know
- Sitting on world-famous Grace Bay Beach, get two resorts for the price of one! Together, the resorts are a superb deal on luxury digs in paradise.
Relax by the spectacular free-form pool where waterfalls, bridges and a barbecue grill area add to the tropical vibe. Or, stroll out to beautiful Grace Bay Beach where 12 miles of beach beg you to sink your toes into the sugar white sand. With complimentary beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids, all you need to remember to bring are your shades and a good book from the resort's extensive book and DVD library.
When hunger strikes, try the Seaside Cafe. Located between the beach and the pool, the cafe features a unique Conch Bar where the island delicacy is served in several delicious ways. For more upscale digs and delicious vino, take the complimentary shuttle to the sister resort for an evening at Opus Wine Bar and Grill.
If you would rather dive than kick back, Provo Turtle Divers is our preferred dive shop. Let the oldest PADI-certified dive shop on the island introduce you to the cool and colorful world of coral reefs and clownfish with either full-out, multi-day scuba classes or an afternoon of snorkeling. Prefer recreation on land? The Provo Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course, holds a four-star rating from Golf Digest. Other land-based activities include shopping and free bicycles for a spin around the island.
If you're feeling saucy enough to tempt Lady Luck, Casablanca Casino is a short walk down Grace Bay Beach and features 12 gaming tables to test your prowess. Looking for relaxation of a different kind? Make way for ultimate luxury at Spa Tropique, where the Water Lily Wrap is sure to release any remaining stress.

Highly recommend West Bay!!!
Great visit and everything about West Bay Club was great. The staff was top notch, especially our concierge Roshana! The pool and beach area were fantastic. The breakfast that is included was good and a nice variety. Eggs cooked to order. We would not hesitate to come back!!

A dream vacation.
It’s like a dream. Picture perfect setting, unbelievably friendly staff and lovely accommodations right on a beautiful beach. Quite with spectacular beach. Our suite was well appointed with everything you need for a perfect vacation, in room laundry a huge plus. By far the best value on the island. The largest stretch of beach was not overcrowded, which made for a great experience. Food and beverages fit the bill. The staff were so wonderful and made excellent suggestions while we were here.

Beautiful, quiet, laid-back resort
We recently stayed at the West Bay Club from October 19th-24th and had an outstanding experience! This resort is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Originally, we’d booked a different hotel down the road for a trip in July, but when our plans had to be postponed due to illness, that hotel was less than helpful. Fortunately, this led us to West Bay Club, and after seeing the other hotel during our stay, I can say it wasn’t nearly as nice, though I won’t name it since we didn’t actually stay there. Our trip coincided with Hurricane Oscar’s approach, but the resort’s staff handled everything impressively. They implemented safety protocols and kept us informed throughout, which helped us feel secure. Our studio suite was more spacious and elegant than expected, with two balconies — one overlooking the ocean and the other facing the pool. The suite also had a washer, dryer, and a kitchenette, making it perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The little touches, like L’Occitane products and an evening turndown service with water bottles, were lovely, and we appreciated the water refill stations throughout the property. A hot breakfast buffet was included each morning, making it easy to start our day without leaving the resort. While the food was decent, the service was exceptional. Patrona and another warm-hearted lady (whose name I wish I could remember — it might start with an E or L. Any managers reading this, please give her credit or reach out to me for more info) welcomed us every day with a smile, making breakfast a delightful experience. From the front desk to the beach staff, every team member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The resort itself was very clean and well-maintained. While it could use a few updates in the future, it was clear they take pride in the property. The beach was expansive and private, giving us ample space to relax. Having a car was a huge plus; driving on the left wasn’t as challenging as we expected, and it was great not to be confined to the resort. Each morning, the staff set up pool chairs with terry cloth covers and fresh towels, a small touch that made a big difference. For anyone seeking a high-energy party resort, an ultra-luxe experience, or a location within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities, West Bay Club might not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a serene, clean, safe, and beautifully laid-back setting, I can’t recommend it enough. While we’ve had the privilege of staying at five-star resorts, I personally prefer somewhere that feels more relaxed and inviting. During our late October visit, the atmosphere was quiet and mostly adults who were respectful of one another. While Provo has plenty of fantastic resorts, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at West Bay Club again.

This Place is First Class
My flight to Sailrock on South Caicos got cancelled because of Oscar Hurricane. They welcome me as a walk in during a storm and island shutdown. They are terrific property with great staff. I will be back because of the feel of the property and the warmth of their team.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful gardens and super friendly staff
We stayed at West Bay Club for our first holiday in TCI. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and the staff can’t do enough to please you. Many of the newer resorts seem to be a blot on the landscape but not West Bay. It is only 5 floors and built out of what appears to be local limestone. It looks like it belongs to the island. The gardens and plantings are fantastic and really well maintained. Because of that we were able to watch hummingbirds whilst we ate our breakfast or lunch - every day for a week. And there were regular visitors of kestrels, a young black-capped night heron, and other birds. The pool was clean and just the right size for us. It is framed by trees and shrubs and there is a lovely view from the pool through an arch in the hotel down to the sea. We ate dinner several times at the hotel. As with all hotel restaurants, it is not cheap! But that is TCI for you. West Bay is in a quieter area than the Ritz-Carlton and Seven Stars area. If you want proximity to shopping and bars, this may not be the right hotel for you unless you take taxis or rent a car. If you want a peaceful place to chill it’s ideal! All in all this place was perfect for us. It’s not pretentious and it has a connection to nature that we really appreciated. The staff and the gardeners care about the place and the guests. If we return to TCI, we will stay here again!
