    EXPLORER'S CLUB
    At Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa, kids ages 3-12 will have a blast with all the fun-filled activities at the Explorer’s Club for Kids. All Explorer’s Club staff is certified by the Red Cross in CPR for children, designed to entertain the little ones with different programs based on science, nature and exploration.

    The program offers the following fully-supervised activities daily so mom and dad can have some alone time and peace of mind:

    the bell boys were very helpful cristin helped us out a lot and would def recommend him when talking to someone. sunscape was amazing and i will definitely be staying here again in the future. great people and very very very very helpful overall 10/10

    Worst resort I've been to

    This was the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The staff is rude. Horrible food. They try to hustle you on buying time shares. Offer vouchers on spas and excursions but you have to buy more things. Never stocked the fridge when that was in the plan. Zero night life on resort. Incredibly lazy staff.

    The Staff was amazing, from cleaners to managers

    My wife and I loved this resort! The staff was amazing! We appreciated all the hard work Carlos, Fernando, Ricardo, Ignacio did! Christian and the rest of the bellhops were amazing! Aldo and the pool entertainment were also incredible at what they did! Omar, Martin, and Antelmo really had the best customer service! Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for this resort!

    A wonderful relaxing week!

    The resort was amazing and relaxing! Christian did a fantastic job and so did Baruch! The open bar was obviously loved but so was the room and all the people! Great service and lots of smiles everywhere! The pool was top notch with warm water and ocean views

    Excellent staff and service, poor food and property

    The staff and service are fantastic, they treat you as though you're at a 5 star resort even though it is only a 2 star. The food was a huge disappointment, and the resort is in a serious state of disrepair with hazardous conditions needing immediate repair e.g. condition of pool. Again, staff are fantastic, our tips reflected the service we received from them.
