Christian & others with the concierge and all of the gals at kids club were amazing! We had a great time and our kids were devastated when we had to leave. We will be back! Cons: hard to get a room with good AC, our one room smelt very bad every day. The pool is missing tiles which can be sharp on the feet. But the staff makes up for it!

Sunscape resort has great personnel and staff. Cristian and Oscar were very helpful to my girlfriend and I. The food 🥘 is good, we strongly recommend De Mario restaurant! Amazing food and service. Some stuff under construction but everything is good. 👍

Sunscape Bellman are the Best!
Christian and Oscar were the best bellman ever! There was alot of construction, but they helped us check out and carried our luggage and made sure we found our appropriate transportation! They gave us great customer service! Thank you guys!

Great service
Great service.. wouldn't recommend going without kids it's a family resort . But service was great especially my favorite bartender Yahir !! Nice gentlemen made my drinks delicious. Very friendly . I'll come back to visit with my nieces and nephews

Dirty, badly maintained, unfriendly and manipulative staff, always queues for eating, construction noise. This is the worst all inclusive experience ever. To just get a receipt after the stay during check out took me almost 40 min and involvement a senior management.
