    Rafael and secrets the vine Cancún was amazing! Five stars

    We had the best romantic dinner on the beach that was catered by our server Rafael. Rafael is and amazing guy and definitely made sure our night ran smoothly and we had a great time. We highly recommend him to anyone who plans a romantic dinner through the concierge.

    The resourt was absolutely fantastic! Food was one of the best we have had. Laura in the business centre was so accomodating and one of the nicest people I have ever met! The rooms and the hotel were always clean. Thank you so much for everything!

    Birthday week at The Vine

    Another excellent stay with Secrets. This is our 5th secrets in a row. The main draw for us is the service and the food. Always top shelf. The staff are outstanding. The hotel itself is very grand and luxurious. Here’s the good and bad in our opinion. The bad - there was a bit of a smell on the main floor and in the hallway to our room on the first couple nights. It was rainy so not sure if it was humidity or sewage, maybe a mix of the 2. The staff try to mitigate the smell with diffusers, which helps. Also, facing the Sandos resort side, it was a bit noisy with the sound of construction or generators/AC units all night. That’s it. Not too bad but had to mention something. The good - the staff, food and hotel itself all exceeded our expectations. Everyone is so accommodating, but here are a few names that really made our stay special. Dragon - Juan our server was excellent and Jose (father of Nicholas) really made our 2 dinner evenings something to remember. Frida the hostess was very pleasant and kind as well. Barefoot Grill/pool bar - Daniel was very pleasant to deal with and was hustling hard! So many people to serve and he kept a smile and good vibes flowing. Well done! Olio - Guillermo was so kind and polite and really made my wife’s birthday celebration special. Great server and went above and beyond to celebrate the day. Front desk - Rafael was the bomb! Always greeted with a smile and was very helpful switching our TV to English and looking after our requests. Piano Bar - the rock band was AWESOME! Everyone had so much fun and he engaged the crowd. What a blast! The maids on floor 16 were kind and courteous. We only had our room done up once, as we are quite tidy, and they did a great job. Gym - Efra is a beauty and pleasant to chat with. He takes pride in his job and was always happy to see us in the morning. Market Cafe - Michelle the hostess greeted us daily with a warm smile and remembered our names. Nice touch. Bernabe was working very hard and always smiling. The big stand out for us here was Cesar. He was fantastic and on our last day brought us a special treat. Well done. We stayed here in 2016 and loved it and stayed again. Will probably be back again one day. Thanks Secrets The Vine!

    Another Cancun vacation.

    Great hotel and attentive staff. Good food selection, choice of pools, cabana rentals, hot tub. A bit wavy for swimming. Top shelf drinks selection, with great bar on 21st floor and the balcony with a view. Rooms 2100 to 2600 (00) great suites with amazing balcony, 2700 extra room, 2800 top floor, but no shade on the balcony.
