    Great location for our conference!

    Excellent Resort! We were the group in the vip pool from 3-5pm ONE DAY! You sure didn’t complain when 80 of us were in conference from 9-4 the other 2 days and you had the whole 12th floor pool to yourselves!!! Great service and food/drinks throughout the property. Did not find the lobby too cold as others complained. Amazing property! Will be back!

    Choose Better Elsewhere

    The hotel did not have hot water to shower. They overcharged us for stay. Provided not resolution. The food and drink is very basic and without flare. Breakfast is a big buffet like a Holiday Inn. If you like hundreds of people slipping over the food and serving utensils it is great.

    Love it

    The best! The Vine is always good and as a repeat customer, I can say that each time I visit, it gets even better. Entertainment Team is on top of making each guest participate as much or as little as he/she likes. Smiles and laughter all around. Kudos to Charley and Ramon. The pianist in the lobby, Frank May, could headline his own show. The choice of restaurants and menus is excellent, and the servers go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied.

    Exceeded expectations!

    Wonderful experience at this Resort. Much better than ever anticipated. Food and drink quality were great. Staff so pleasant and welcoming. We felt very safe. The room and housekeeping service was best as well! We really enjoyed our stay!

    Good beach, but this resort has seen better days

    Small, clean, compact beach with beautiful turquoise water. This is the best part of this hotel. Everything else is worn. Customer service was ok. With so many other options to try, I would skip this hotel. We spent 1 night here, followed by 5 nights at Excellence Riviera Cancun, and I'm glad we didn't stay longer at Secrets the Vine (coming from a Hyatt Globalist).
