Winston was the best bar tender!! Food was good, had options every evening. Entertainment was nice and well done to all dancers for their performances.

Property is cutesy but small no high floors like the other RIU in Falmouth not too far but further along the coast offering better beaches than this RIU. Needs more entertainment since it’s an adults only hotel. Staff is excellent Nikki (supervisor) is amazing and kept her word with a request we had. We absolutely love her and her customer service is unmatched, the RIU is very lucky to have her. I work with the general public and it’s hard but she went above and beyond and kept her word that shows exceptional personal and communication skills needed in her role. With all this said I would possibly return but not to stay for 9 days place was pricey better property and views plus beach at their other location.

We stayed at the riu reggae last week, we are a couple in our late 30s early 40s. The staff, the service, the food, the drinks, the rooms, the entertainment absolutely excellent, we cannot complain at all. However, the hotel does attract a certain type of clientel, big groups of young people, add alcohol and music to this you basically get a posh version of the jungular. Dont get me wrong im not snobby and im up for a good time but when the pool has to be closed because someones been sick- it does slightly tarnish the view one has of the hotel. Tui does advertise this hotel as ‘lively’ and ‘adults only’, however, in my opinion an adults only shouldnt have big groups of young people getting drunk, it really should be labelled an 18-30 hotel for this reason. The entertainment during the day is focused around this particular group and it could get quite loud and spicy (if you get my drift). I felt sorry for some of the older people there on holiday, many of them saying they couldnt deal with the noise and the being woke up in the night by people coming back from the clubs. We also experienced a lack of sleep because of this, every single night. Im no party pooper but when you go away to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life the last thing you want is to be kept awake at night, weve come back more tired than when we went. On the upside the staff really do work hard and the service is impeccable, they are all so friendly aswell, even the gardeners and the maintenence men- always said hello. The rooms were always spotless and they even decorated for my partners birthday which was a nice suprise. The bar service was quick and great drinks choice (although watered down) The food was great, an amazing choice iv never ate so much on holiday. The entertainment staff are incredibly talented and put on some amazing shows, they work hard all day and night and the effort they put in is applaudable. The best night time shows we have come across in any hotel we have been to. If i was to nit pick at the services there wasnt ever any towels in the gym or water, the gym was also very small and got crowded in the mornings. Everything was done on an app, booking restaurants and also ordering a restock of the minibar in the room. We had to order water everyday, maybe the water situation should be checked everyday without having to order? The location of the hotel is close to the airport, one afternoon we counted 16 flights go out, it was a bit distracting seen as though we could hear the planes in our room aswell. It wasnt entirely bothersome but noticeable. The location also isnt good if you enjoy a walk out. You can walk inbetween the hotels but not any further. There are also men in canoes trying to sell you weed and gifts on the beach, which is annoying when you just want a dip in the sea. The smell of weed is really apparent in most outdoor places in the hotel, something we wont miss being non stoners. The drinks are watered down (even the coke zero), but i suppose if they didnt water them down they would have a real problem on their hands. Would I revisit this hotel? No. Just because I like a little more relaxation. This hotel is good for groups of friends or singles wanting a good time, in my opinion its not really great for couples or older people.

Good experience at Riu Reggae
Had a good time at the Riu Reggae resort. The drinks were good and always strong. The staff was amazing, always helpful and so much fun. Shoutout to Bubbles for making this the best vacation for my sister's 30th birthday. Only complaint was the bathroom vents in the room did not work, and the bathrooms were always humid, making it hard for things to dry.
