Jesus was our bellman - greeted us when we arrived and was there to send us off back home. We had him last year as well - he’s wonderful. This was our 2nd trip to Crown Paradise with our 13 and 9 year old - this is a great family friendly all inclusive resort. We did have a problem with our room and it took over a day for them to pay attention to the issue (bathroom ceiling leak) - I do believe a language barrier had something to do with the delay. Many people comment on the quality of food - this isn’t an 5 star, but there is food available ant all hours of the day/night and there is something for everyone. Great kid frozen drink options, pool activities and a show almost every night. The daily activity board was nice so you knew what/where activities were happening that day. Friendly staff.

Beautiful Resort.
We had a great time! Buffet was ok, but the restaurants on site were Amazing!!! we only ate ate the buffet once for supper. breakfast was alright and lunch we ate at the snack bar every day. Water slides were awesome.Our pool bar waiter was the best! (picture attached) He was so professional and very kind to us. Beach was beautiful, and water was very blue in colour. We would definitely return again!

Family had a great time at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun! There were a few bumps in our stay but they were corrected promptly. Our family suite 5 room was perfect for us two adult and our three kids. Bellboy Jesus was the best! Please make sure he gets employee of the month! He deserves it.

Nice Stay
Not sure who writes a bad review for this property , my guess is their expectations are out of whack Understand that this is a family resort and overall the kids were not a problem (as a parent and grandparent watching children play warms my heart) Having said that , there were a few parents who Let their kids run wild and even engage in dangerous behavior. There is an adults only pool and like the other pools and the beach , it fills up very early The service was excellent and the resort was kept darn near spotless! The food at the buffet ranged from ok to very good with enough variety for any taste We ate dinner at the a La carte restaurants and all were good My only complaint , which is a common one , is that there are not enough chairs There is plenty of room to significantly Increase the the number and not sure Why the resort chides not to

Great location on the beach, with very fun waves.
We have been to the Crown Paradise five times now. The best part of this resort is the beach, the nice sand and the great waves. My son and I spend hours in the waves each day. We stayed at this resort last year and our experience this year was much better. The wait times in the buffet in the mornings was much shorter, must have added some staff. David in the buffet was great helping us out for breakfast and lunch nearly every day. He knew what we liked and made sure we had it, when we got back with our food. David helped us enjoy our experience eating at the buffet. Johnny and Joel by the pool were great servers. They welcomed us every day and were on top of their job, even considering how busy the resort was. They knew how we liked our drinks and came around frequently. The kids in our group enjoyed the waterslides and pools. Overall great experience. But the negatives are, we had a very hard time getting reservations for the steak house and Mexican restaurants. We eventually got a reservation at the steak house and was very disappointed. The quality of the steak is very poor. The buffet is good for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner it is very poor. Very few choices for proteins and lacks options. They should just carry the lunch buffet to dinner, it is much better.
