  This is a wonderful place. I couldn’t have felt more at home and loved by the amazing staff. My good friend Kiana made me a crepe to start my day. I think she might be miss st Lucia! What a sweetheart. After that Godfrey kept me well hydrated at the lobby bar and told me a funny joke too! Such an amazing experience. After great snorkeling and 1 or 2 margaritas at the beach bar Harley cut up some jerk chicken and sausage at the jerk treehouse. Do not miss that for lunch. Perhaps add some fried banana if you’re ready for a treat. I hope they remember me as fondly as i do them because I will be back with the rest of my family. And that can’t happen soon enough!!

  A family vacation of your dream awaits here!

  We just returned from Coconut Bay after 12 amazing days… and our memories will last a lifetime! From the ease of transportation upon arrival to the outstanding food, meals, activities and amenities… we are already planning another trip back! The Buffet and full service restaurants were all outstanding… we loved Silk for sushi (shoutout to Solannes for amazing service), but the breakfast buffet was consistently great. Lester and Brad were always willing to help! My husband loved the jerk treehouse.. Harley and his team were always ready with a smile.. and we also loved seeing Tedd at the beach burger shack each day. Jamal kept the drinks flowing at the pool bar! Special thanks to Seraphina for amazing housekeeping services and being kind with all interactions. Miss Zena in the kids club was not only an amazing face painter but always went out of her way to take care of our youngest. The activity desk team saved our excursion when we originally booked with a beach vendor that didn’t come through with their promise and the activity desk was able to quickly arrange a driver to take us to sugar beach. See you all in 2027 when we return!!!

  Coconut Bay Resort exceeds expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and met with smiles and accommodated with everything we could possibly need. The resort may have lots of people but it never feels crowded. Every single worker was friendly and kind. The food and options were extraordinary. I would come here again and again. I have to mention a few amazing people, Kemale called us over to the bar the moment we arrived since we had to wait just a short time for our room. He learned our names and spoke to us anytime we went by. You feel like you are family. He is exceptional at his job. Kiandra at the front desk helped us multiple times always with a smile. She was wonderful. All the St. Lucian people are kind and friendly and smiling. If you have never been here, book your vacation now. It is worth every penny and more. 10 out of 10!

  An All Inclusive - That is Inclusive for All

  We wanted a great experience for ourselves as we stayed longer and 2 of our grandchildren and their parents who came for a shorter stay. The continuous diverse complimentary reviews of Coconut Beach Resort by practically all guests brought us here, and we were not disappointed even discovering more highlights than expected. This is truly an All Inclusive gem of the Caribbean from its location, sheer size and diversity of amenities to the unequivocal friendliness, caring, attention to detail and choice, and quality of service from the Staff in all Departments. For example, Marley took care of our room and couldn’t have been more caring and friendly epitomizing our interactions with so many more of the staff too numerous to name individually and thank directly. Some of the other highlights for us were the rooms, the pools, Paradise Beach, constantly changing food choices but some staples at each time of day meals with always available fast food choices during the day which enticed us and kept our grandchildren happy. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants - some more than once, The access to fluid replenishment or just a special drink choices had different cocktails and the classics at each the bars scattered across the property and Paradise Beach also with choice of spirits from around the Globe. We treated ourselves to a cabana and were amazed at the available services with towels, chairs, and food and drink. You could even get the shuttle service both ways with a provided phone call. The special themed nights with food and entertainment were real treats. We definitely will be back when the opportunity arises. A few tips to newcomers: the sun is very hot and umbrellas few in number so claim chairs early and watch the SPF of your sunscreen for repeat intervals to avoid burning. There is ease in arranging Resort sanctioned tours but many are not as described so choose carefully - no fish to see snorkeling, the easy hike in rain forest very taxing with very steep rough trails and not much to see, the plantation tour poor for information and the lunch very limited with NO seconds, and the mud bath not a bath but smear it on and then wash it off in small dirty water tubs. That being said there are incredible tours available on the island which we enjoyed when we stopped here on a cruise previously. A good choice for all is definitely here.

  Beautiful Stay

  Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary and my 60th birthday at Coconut Bay and it by far was the Best. We stayed 5 days on the resort and each day was Great! Great food and entertainment, well trained staff. Every single person employed by the resort made us feel welcome and like Family. Beautiful resort, updated and modern. The island is beautiful lots to do from walking on the beach to walking thru the rain forest, or taking a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Coconut Bay lists in it's overview on line as being an all-inclusive resort with unlimited meals,beverages,and snacks. But think they should also list unlimited Hospitality! Because it was Great!!! I would like to thank the staff and management team for making our time a memorable one. Would Definitely stay again. David KEITH and Josey Moore
