Fantastic!!!!! Sal steak House was absolutely amazing!! Ignacio was professional, friendly and personable!! He was so funny and kind!! He made our experience special!! Daniel the manager was so lovely and generous! He is absolutely fantastic! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!! It was our distinct pleasure to meet Rommel at the Guest Relations department!! We experienced a few minor issues during our stay. Rommel was always available to listen to our concerns and come up with creative solutions to resolve the concerns to our great satisfaction. Rommel is an asset to your team. Adear manager in the buffet is professional, friendly and so helpful!!! He is so kind and always has a huge smile on his face!!!! And always so ready to please all the guests!!! He made our vacation so special!! Infrastructure definitely needs improvement!!

Great resort with a couple things to note
Beautiful resort, excellent food, very friendly staff. Only one buffet though, so the breakfast lineup was also quite long - it's a huge resort, so lots of people. Coffee not the best either, they use Nespresso pods, but that's minor. Chairs go super fast too, they need to fix that. Getting up at 545am to reserve chairs wasnt fun. But we had a great time, miss it already. Rodolfo was our Concierge rep, and he was 5/5 stars!!

1st time in Mexico for my husband and I. Had an amazing 2 week holiday at Paradisus Cancun. Such a unique architectural design and all the greenery. All the restaurants were fabulous. Service was phenomenal all around. I would recommend to anyone, especially after the reno coming up. We stayed in a king bed room in pyramid 2. I would like to give special mention to a number of staff members.... - Gonzaldo at the customer service desk who spent tremendous time with me as I was registering, due to a personal mishap arriving in Mexico. He sent wine and chocolate covered strawberries twice. (I did get him a Big Mac meal from McDonald's across the road, just because). - Samantha, the food and beverage supervisor, that has proven herself in the 3 short weeks that she has held the position. She also had a gift sent to the room. - Martin Ku, Manuel and Alfredo, all from Malva buffet, who were all exceptional, and treated my husband and I like royalty. Martin even gave us a dessert with a sparkler and a sign saying "Have A Safe Flight Home" at our final dinner last Sunday. - Jose, Francesco, and Laura from poolside, all were absolutely wonderful. I wish each of them a world of success. Thank you all, Judy

Dated Infrastructure but Great Service with Select Staff
Rooms are dated in the first pyramid. We had to complain due to mold and the degradation of the room, for example the fan was swinging off the ceiling as many mounts were off the roof and the towel rack was not screwed into the wall. Pyramid 1 was also the farthest away and took 10-15min walk with our baby. They addressed our concerns by moving us into pyramid 3 and it was much better. The room was updated and the convenience of its location was central to the whole resort including all the restaurants. It was a much desired change. Service has been great. We were disappointed at first being left without service at one of the restaurants but the next night, Armando at Blue Agave turned out whole mood around. He was very helpful, very entertaining, and his service was excellent. The restaurants are much better than the buffet. Reservation based. Location is good with the beach. Convenient from the airport with the shuttle. Only 20 minutes. It is definitely one of those places where you have to get up in the morning to occupy spaces for the pool and the beach. The rooms need to be updated but the staff here are very accommodating to your concerns and in the end, know how to make things right. EDIT: I would also like to highlight that Rommel with guest services and Ignacio at Sal Steak House helped to provide an exceptional customer service experience for myself and my family. Thank you to you both for creating exceptional experiences.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
We had a really good time at the hotel. The reserve was definitely worth the money and I’m really glad that we got Enrique as our concierge. He went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even though there were not a lot of time slots for dinner or cabana bed reservations. We were only offered late dinner time slots which had us missing the night time entertainment. The resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent, so it made up for the late dinners. I enjoyed all of the cocktails and our cabana waitress Valentina was also very sweet and always on top of things. My husband and I received a really great couples massage that had us relaxed for the remainder of our trip. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. Not sure if we will stay here again, (this is our second time), but we really enjoyed our 4 night stay overall.
