    Fun resort!

    Definitely has a little of everything from the spring breakers to the older generations that want a little relaxation. If you're a person that sleeps early try to opt for the rooms closer to the ocean otherwise the outdoor dj and karaoke scene will keep you up. Food was really good, lot of options. Normally just ate dinner at one of the many buffets, but the jerk chicken shack open for lunch by the beach is AMAZING

    Do not stat here!

    This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and lobby of hotel were extremely dirty. One of the guest must have had an accident, and there was literally blood leading from the lobby all the way up to my room. We found two cockroaches in our room while staying there. The food was also terrible, the buffet stations were unsanitary. I will never stay at another Riu hotel again. Buyers beware.

    DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE

    RIU actually made me crash out multiple times. There was blood on my sheets, bed bugs, and the food was nasty. All I ate was bread. The drinks were awful and the staff was not accommodating at all. Our fan and ac was broken , they never came. They gave us one bed for 4 people and refused to fix it. Do not come here unless you want to crash out. Stay away from this hotel.

    Worst Riu hotel experience

    Room .. good size,we were right next to the gym, room had roaches ( reported and dealt with) then key card not working daily , also safe issues and toilet not flushing, optics in room not ( alcohol not fresh so didn't use) mini fridge not stocked daily hotel is busy and has a spring break party vibe ,not a relaxing holiday ..food and drinks ok not great , pools ok , staff seem bored some good though stayed at RiU Hotels this is by far the worst Also reception staff on the take for taxi service to local shops

    NEVER AGAIN

    I guess they didn't lik my first review. This hotel is horrible.. pools were dirty..workers do what they wnt.. I sat a the buffet 15 mins as I watched the waitress play around with my drink in her hand.. room was missing furniture NO DESK no wash rags . I asked only for them to tell me they dnt use wash bags there.. t.v kept goin out.. hand to change my room card everyday it jus stopped working..alot of soldiers were on the beach due to a person missing a few days before we got there.. food was HORRIBLE.. n always cold even if it just came frm the back.. Im so happy I was jus there for 3 days.. riu adult only in Jamaica is the best.. this resort needs to be closed down n renovated..
