Such a great resort! Will be back for sure! Good and drinks and entertainment are so so good! Thank you! Oliver was so fun and all the waiters were outstanding! Beds and linens were top notch! Great check in process and meals were delicious! Pool experience so fun!

Nov 26, 2024Had a great time
Spent 9 days here in Nov. 2024. Greeted at arrival with a drink and escorted to the club lounge for check in. Waited about 10 mins for check in which went smooth. Then escorted by our butler to our room. We were given an upgrade to a club level one bedroom suite which was very nice. Enjoyed the Mexican Fiesta night in the plaza, great food and atmosphere. Really enjoyed all of the food at every restaurant with the exception of the French restaurant. The steak I ordered was way overcooked and flavorless. The chefs should learn how to cook steak from the steakhouse chefs as they really know ho to cook a great steak. Spent a couple of days around the pools which was ok but we are more beach people. The days we spent at the beach were great but if you get there after 10:00 am, good luck getting a chair. The towel game was in full force while we were there (which I hate). A lot of chairs reserved and no one ever showed up to sit in them. The piano bar was great in the evenings to get a drink and relax before dinner. Pros: Most all the food was great. Room was really nice and was cleaned and stocked each day. Special shout out to Cauich at the beach bar and to Manuel at the Mexican restaurant. They really go out of their way to take care of you. Cons: The towel game at the beach and pools. Entrée at French restaurant. Our Buttler. Not going to mention his name but after the initial introduction at check-in, he was basically non existent. Usually wouldn’t sent the daily activities until late afternoon (what good does that do?) But I wasn’t expecting much from him anyway. We had the same experience at TRS. We can do it ourselves a lot easier. Overall It was a great vacation and a fabulous resort and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice holiday resort but not really for famillies
Nice hotel but not really family. Some places are for adults only so you are limited to only one place only for breakfast. Some rooms are facing a huge construction site that is not very nice and of course no other rooms are available except if you pay for a superior one. Rooms not cleaned every day. Reception desk not really helpful but customer service team is very good. Food in restaurants is good though and notably the Japanese restaurant, highly recommend you book a table there. Very good, very good service by Gustave. I have been to few resorts in Cancun but not the best.

El Mariachi Loco was our Favorite Restaurant!
Filiberto at the El Mariachi Loco Mexican Restaurant was an incredible server and provided my wife and I an awesome experience at El Mariachi. He was attentive to our needs and gave us solid food recommendations that made for a wonderful late night meal - the dessert was a bonus (chocolate flan and churros *yum yum*). Thanks, Fili! Hope to see you again some time in the future! Keep up the great service and keep smiling!

Great Vacation
We loved everything about the resort. Our butler Rafael was amazing. He went out of his way to make our stay great. We were there for a wedding with 45 of our closest friends. If you are thinking about it having a wedding here it’s an awesome experience
