  Great place to stay.

  Third time at Majestic and was great. Manuel, Angel and Moises at the beach were awsome. Our butler, Isaac barely showed up but was not needed since all staff is very helpful. We are definitely coming back nex year. We requested for a king bed and they only had 2 queen bed rooms available. They solved this by placing both beds together the next day.

  Wonderful in many ways!

  Been to many all inclusives & admit that I will definitely consider coming back. The staff is amazing especially smiley & entertaining princess Diana & Édouardo from the entertainment staff. Food is amazing, bartenders do their mixology to the tee!

  A Magical Wedding Experience at Majestic Resort to Remember!

  Our stay at the Majestic Resort in Mexico for my daughter’s wedding was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and top-tier service. The wedding team went above and beyond to create the most beautiful beachside ceremony. Every detail—from the décor to the timing—was flawless and felt like a dream come true. The resort itself is stunning. The all-inclusive amenities, delicious food, endless drinks, and immaculate rooms made our entire family feel pampered and relaxed. There was something for everyone—spa days, poolside fun, beach activities, and evening entertainment. The atmosphere was vibrant yet peaceful, perfect for both celebration and quality family time. What made this trip even more special was the way the staff treated us. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs every day. Watching my daughter get married in such a breathtaking setting, surrounded by loved ones, was one of the most heartwarming moments of my life. If you’re looking for a destination wedding or family getaway, I highly recommend the Majestic Resort. They made our special occasion absolutely perfect—and gave us memories we will cherish forever.

  Can’t wait to return

  Got married at this resort for my second visit. Love everything about it from food to service to entertainment. Amanda/Eduardo and their crew kept the party going during the days at the pool. Highly recommend this resort for families and couples.

  The most relaxing spring break - book the swim up suite!

  We just got back from 6 nights at Majestic Elegance. TLDR: fantastic resort, clean, beach is perfection, swim up suite was stellar, staff was friendly, food was great, spa was unique and relaxing. Whole family had a great time and we will definitely return! We were on the family side and it was me, my husband and our 10 year old son. We had a one bedroom swim up suite with jacuzzi. We booked transport from the airport to the resort through their GoMajestic service. All the communications were fast and easy and efficient. Checkin:We also did the online precheck in. We easily found our transportation at the airport and had a nice ride to the hotel. Once we got there our bags were taken and we were given welcome drinks while we had a short wait for checkin. Checkin was very easy and we were quickly at our room. Room: We got room 5014. The room was amazing!! 1.5 bathrooms and in the living room was a couch that folds into a bed and a Murphy bed which they can prepare for you. The bedroom had a very comfy king size bed and a large TV. The main bathroom was very large and had two sinks a large soaking tub, a nice size rain shower and a toilet. Also had a large closet. The living room also had a mini fridge that was stocked with beer sodas water and some snacks. This was refilled daily. There was also a 4 person dining table and a coffee table. The room was very spacious. The outdoor area was the star!! Huge patio with a large round couch bed to lounge on, a large jacuzzi tub, two loungers on the tanning shelf and a nice size plunge pool. Then there were stairs that led into the main pool and directly across there were 4 lounge chairs and an umbrella and table that were on a tanning shelf in shallow water. The pool was about 4 feet deep. Our patio always had shade and our plunge pool has sun in the afternoon but the main pool in front always had sun and both pools were a great temperature. The pool waiters (shoutout to Julio) would stop by our pool and deliver us our drinks! We were also only a few steps from the Tiki beach bar or a quick swim and a few steps to two different swim up bars. Our room was also very near the beach. Beach: the beach was breathtakingly beautiful! No seaweed to be seen but I could see tractor tracks so it was obvious they do a great job at keeping it clean. The beach did have red flag conditions for 3 of the days but the other two were yellow flag and perfect. We never had any trouble finding a beach bed or loungers and there is bar waiters that will come by but not very offer. The sand is the softest sand I have even experience and the water was turquoise and clear and warm. Perfect! Food: we ate at almost all the restaurants. Mar House had a great dinner menu and the lobster and tiger shrimp were favorites. They also had a great lunch buffet with a hug selection. We also ate at Kabuki at the sushi part and the food was excellent. The main buffet was great for both breakfast and lunch and had so many choices! McJestic was good for a late night snack, and the room service was convenient but the menu was limited. The best food we had was at the Italian restaurant! Fantastic menu and the food was excellent!! I had the asparagus and shrimp risotto and the Saltimbocca and it was better than one I had in Rome! All of the food we ordered here was fantastic!! Spa: my husband and I both booked spa treatments and any massage comes with access to the hydro therapy suite an hour before your treatment. This was fantastic! You are assigned an attendant and they guide you through all the areas which include a sauna, shower circuit, steam room, plunge pools, sensation pool, and ends in their cenote pool which is the coolest! Then I had the basic massage and it was very relaxing. Entertainment: we attended most of the nightly entertainment and enjoyed it all! The Queen tribute band was fantastic, michael Jackson tribute was entertaining and the fire show was outstanding!! Grounds and staff: the place is immaculate! So well maintained. Everything is very clean. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, never met anyone who wasn’t super friendly and helpful. After 2 days our son asked if this could be our annual spring break spot! We will definitely return! Tips: bring pool floats, 1s and 5s for tipping and sunscreen, bug spray and any other meds since they are very expensive there.
