We enjoyed our stay so much last year we returned to the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. Food ranges from very good to excellent - our favourite is the steak house. Service is excellent. Nightly entertainment is top notch! Everyone works very hard and is very nice, except for the bartenders at the main lobby bar - they ignored us for a good 10 minutes - it wasn’t even busy, barely anyone there (we’d make eye contact and then they would walk away, happened multiple times!) Stand out is our butler, Aaron. He really made our stay exceptional! He checked in with us (through the app) a few times a day and responded immediately. He went the extra mile with personal touches to our room and a few extra perks ❤️. We hope to return next year and would definitely hope/request we get Aaron again.

Majestic Elegance gets my 10/10
The property is so beautiful. Our room was great, housekeeping cleaned it daily. Big shout out to Eduardo our butler , he always went above and beyond. Lots of great entertainment. The beaches are beautiful and the staff everywhere was incredible.

A Majestic Stay!
Hospitality is second to none. Absolutely clean and well managed. Nice touch with the Butler service. They offer a pillow menu and an aromatherapy selection. Food is excellent and the entertainment is wonderful. Resort is stunning. Thank you for a wonderful time. I hope to be back one day!

Took care of all our needs
Mary and Amanda in entertainment department were phenomenal!! Very friendly, energetic and accommodating!! I recommend seeing them if you visit!! This resort is amazing, the food if above average for all inclusive resort, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean a beds are super comfortable!!

The best resort
Wow and rewow. Majestic became our favorite brand for all inclusive. We really love the one in punta cana but this one is really better in everything. The service, the beauty of the resort, the beach, the food... Please don't hesitate to book this one because some bad review. We met a lot of people during our stay that also sayed this one are their favorite all inclusive resort. They have a construction on family side so you have a chance to hear and have a view on it in this section. But on adult only you will be ok. No sound and no view at all. Every restaurant are so excellent, the only one we didn't try are bistro (french) Room : Try the one with primate pool on rooftop that the perfect room. You have a deal on golf course with majestic so it's a good choice for golfer like me. Thanks to Isai and abraham at the infinite pool. Our butler, Omar was awesome. Take care of us every day. Geovani at the Coffee bar in the lobby. We want to say thanks to every employee who working in this resort. You made our vacations perfect. We will come back next year.
