    Overall Amazing

    Our stay at Fiesta Americana PV All Inclusive was wonderful! Almost all staff is so nice and friendly which enhances the experience. I have to give a special shout to several staff that made our stay unforgettable and that much more special. David and Antonia at the Pool Bar are so welcoming and friendly. When we first checked in we went straight to the pool and they were our first interaction and let me just say they really set the tone for how our stay and experience would go. Not only did they make all the various drinks we would make really good but they were welcoming, friendly, engaging, and of course quick. Each day we saw them they would be so happy to see us and would make conversation whether about our stay, our experiences. The night of my birthday David sent over drinks to accompany our dinner and they were so delicious! Antonia also made me a pineapple margarita that was mouthwatering. For my birthday I had a massaged booked at the spa and wow let me just tell you that has to be one of the most luxurious experiences I have had. The receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me in deciding which service I would be most interested and suited in. The staff that showed me the sauna, steam room, and pool was also very friendly and helpful. My masseuse Araceli was excellent! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and was very professional and respectful the whole time. When we would lay by the pool we had Sergio as our section pool attendant and let me tell you he is so hard working. He was always on top of check in on us and bring us anything we would need and in a timely manner. Danae at the pools towels check in/out is so lovely! My partner let her know that we were there celebrating my birthday and she went above and beyond in surprising me with decorating our room when we returned from dinner. Her demeanor is very friendly and she has such a warmth to her, and she gave us these cute ducks that her and her daughter make, so sweet! Miguel “the Captain” and Angel (Miguel) a server at Rosato the Italian restaurant are excellent! We ate there the night of my birthday and they both went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and let me tell you I had an amazing experience, the food, the drinks, but the service above all were top tier. Madel at the coffee shop is so sweet! Every morning we would be greeted by her with a warm smile and she would make our coffee order excellent every single time. I appreciated how each time she asked how we were and how our stay was going but you can tell it was genuine. I wish I got the name of one of the ladies who works at the Cevicheria, when asked if we could order to go she was so helpful and kind. So many of the hotel staff is nice and friendly but these particular people made our stay an unforgettable experience. It made me sad on our last day because it felt like we were saying bye to family. We stayed for 5 days and yet they each made such an impact in my life. Such kind, hard working, friendly, funny, and caring individuals. If you stay here I hope you have interactions with each of these people because they are true gems.

    Loved the Fiesta Americana-Puerto Vallarta!

    Love the size of this resort! It had a centralized pool that made it easy to find friends. The views from the room were incredible! Whale watching was amazing from our balcony. We would definitely go back. Food was good and service was amazing. Our favorite waiters- Ignacio “Nacho” and Rafael! Next week Our favorite Mexican Resturant host-Dana!

    Wonderful Experience

    Our experience at the resort was amazing. Food was great. Attention to service and cleanliness was spot on. Our serice team Luis, Giovanni, and Sergio were amazing poolside service and took good care of us. Food at the restaurants and the buffet were varied everyday and there was a little something for everyone. We would come back!

    The absolute best!

    Not only is the resort very clean and relaxing, but it’s the staff that makes this place stand out. Everyone does an outstanding job and is incredibly friendly to boot. Luis took care of by the pool our whole stay. Our drinks were never dry and he’s so kind! We met so many people that say they come back to the Fiesta Americana year after year and I completely understand why. The location is good, the city is safe, resort is beautiful and clean and the people are the best. We can’t wait to come back!

    Best family resort stay ever!

    Awesome stay for 4 nights. Super staff, nice rooms, excellent resturants, wonderful beach and pool complex. I selected this package from Costco Travel. We were a party of 9 family members; 5 adults and 4 small children. Everyone had an amazing time.
