    Sonne club at the fiesta : so worth it !!

    My review is focus on the sonne club, adult only pool. Mariam, Nacho, Rafa and Leo were amazing. One of the best services I have ever had in an all inclusive. They were catering to the needs of our group. They went above and beyond! I would come back to this resort just to have them taking care of us. Polite, attentive and engaging. Food was great and drinks were amazing. Muchos gracias los equipo!

    Relaxing and fun

    I enjoy my entire experience. The staff up at club lounge nacho,Rafael, and Leo were amazing. The rest of staff also did amazing job making me feel comfortable and most of all make sure I was having fun. Definitely come back to the fiesta americana

    Great service!

    David was an awesome bartender both upstairs and downstairs at the main bar at night! Super friendly and a great server with good drink suggestions! By the pool Luis was super fast and friendly! They both remembered us daily and provided my entire family with great service throughout our entire trip!

    Great time & experience

    Went there for our daughters wedding. Very good experience, everything went smooth and near perfect as far as a wedding can go. Definitely recommend this place. Staff was all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wish i could remember more of their names to personally thank them!!

    Had lots of potential

    Let’s start off by saying the place is clean and staff is great. But after going to a lot of all inclusive I am a little put off on the food. The stuff we had is good but options is minimal. No lunch buffet or dinner buffet. And all dining aside from breakfast is reservations only. So unless you know what time you want to eat ahead or back to resort you may be out of luck. And other negative is entertainment. They have music nightly but only a magician in the evening in a 7 day stay once. Nothing else. And currently construction with elevators being down (one set) and outside building a structure. So it’s fairly loud during the day. If you’re looking to relax this may not be the place . Location is great on the beach and close to amenities. The staff I am unsure of new or changes happening but all seemed confused on entertainment what maybe going on or even what’s open for food. Found this very odd.
