    The best seafood with a view

    The seafood restaurant located inside Fiesta Americana was amazing. We had lunch there every day we stayed. Very friendly staff and delicious healthy food. Daniela, Marlene and Felipe went out and about. Spacious for kids to play around. And great view

    Second visit to Fiesta Americana

    2nd visit to FA. The food was delicious, nice nightly entertainment in lobby. Staff at FA are amazing! Luis & Johnny kept us hydrated and well fed. Antonia/Sonia & David made drinks of the day at Bikini bar. Denae/pool concierge helped with dinner reservations. Pleased with the updates the hotel had made.

    As good as last October

    The service in the Somme pool is exceptional. Nacho has taken great care of us. So relaxing and beautiful. We have had the opportunity to be part of the Fiesta club level. Definitely consider these rooms. We were treated like royalty. Thank you Nacho. Julie

    Fiesta Americana - Fantastic Staff!

    Eduardo, Irwin and Veronica at La Cevicheria (a restaurant at Fiesta Americana) are amazing! They are the best!!! Exceptional service and exceptional food! Love fiesta americana PUERTO. Vallarta!!! Also cannot say enough about all the staff. The darling young lady that checks on you while you are lounging at the beach saw that my 92 year old mother needed a softer chair in her room, and then located one to be brought to her room to help her be more comfortable during her stay. The staff at the Asian restaurant went way above and beyond (with help from Martin, Axel, and Carlos) preparaing a birthday surprise for my Mom, special cake and singing and all. Basically they treat you like family. I've been to this property 3 times now, and have thought about trying another hotel - but have not dared. I do not know how anyone else can compete with the treatment we receive from their amazing staff. See you all soon!

    Excellent Resort and staff. Jennifer in kids club is amazing 10/10 will come back if she's there!

    This resort is extremely well staffed and friendly, excellent service. Jennifer in Kids Club was absolutely amazing and our daughter enjoyed her time with her so much she wanted to keep going back. She really made our trip! Thank you so much.
