    Members are forgotten

    My wife & I go here 3 to 4 times a year. I told and messaged my butler Yammy to tell her our air conditioner wasn’t working we were there for 14 days and nothing was done. Reservations were made at the wrong restaurants but we had our texts to show she confirmed the one we asked for and then booked a different one. The play makers are all great and made our days good at the pool. It seems premier members get no response. We will likely not be going 4 times this year. Time to find a new place I believe. We’ve always tipped well in the past. Think twice before going

    Best time ever, fun, excitement, relaxation, good food and drinks!

    Always the best time. I adore my favorite waiter Kevin at the Buffet. Every morning for breakfast he meets us with a smile and remembers our favorite Mimosas....everything we visit and this was our 4th time and Darius at Romanza is exceptional

    Disappointing Music

    My only complaint is the music. Very childish and out dated. Very disappointing. Backstreet Boys, Brittney spear, old old jams. Please play something modern. Many guests complained about this. Make it Modern and mix in some Latin. The DJ would not even take requests.

    Great Customer Service!

    We have enjoyed our stay to the maximum. From Manuelita making sure over room was always clean & sparkling to Marcos who is an amazing supervisor who has excellent customer service skills!! Great experience with Marcos & Manuelita! We will most definitely recommend it to our friends!

    Addicting!

    Me and my husband went to TTR for the first time December 2024. We were so nervous but ended up having the best time. This trip helped us reconnect on a deeper level. We loved it so much we became members! I really hope it ends up being worth it cuz we plan on visiting again...and again... lol. Thank you so much to playmaker Caliente for being so sweet and making us feel special. Also, thank you to Monse for EXCELLENT service during the shows and to our butler Ivan for going the extra mile to make reservations and for confirming our pick up with the airline we used. TTR staff and playmakers were all amazing, friendly and put on great shows. 4 stars because room service was inconsistent through the week. Restaurants were all surprisingly good except for the buffet which was meh. Spa was also surprisingly good. Highly recommend. Thank you TTR. See u soon!
