As used herein, the term “CheapCaribbean,” may refer to CheapCaribbean.com or CheapCaribbean Vacations.

By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. CheapCaribbean reserves the right to change, update, or correct any of the Text Terms at any time by posting amended terms to this website. Your continued consent to receive CheapCaribbean messages will indicate your acceptance of such changes.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with CheapCaribbean text messages, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. These may include cart abandon or reminder messages. Messaging frequency varies. Not all carriers covered and supported carriers may change from time to time. CheapCaribbean does not guarantee availability or performance of the text message service and you understand that transmission delays and message failures may occur. CheapCaribbean and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the phone number from which you received the text message. You will receive a text confirming your opt-out. To request additional information or to get help, text HELP to the phone number from which you received the text message or email contactus@cheapcaribbean.com.

You represent that you are the account holder for the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may notify CheapCaribbean of a number change by emailing CheapCaribbean at datarequest@cheapcaribbean.com. 

CheapCaribbean may suspend or terminate your receipt of CheapCaribbean text messages at any time. CheapCaribbean reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of CheapCaribbean text message services, with or without notice.
