Are airport/hotel transfers included in the price of my vacation?
Airport/hotel transfers may be added at the time of your booking or after booking by contacting us at 1-800-915-2322. If you booked land-only/hotel-only and added transfers, you must provide CheapCaribbean your flight information so that the transfer company knows when to pick you up.
Please note, if you purchased transfers, you may still incur additional ferry costs (ex: travel by ferry is necessary to get from Cancun to Cozumel).
If you need a car seat for your child's transfer in resort, please advise us at the time of booking so we can arrange/confirm with the destination management company. An additional fee will be added to your booking (varies by destination).
What is the difference between nonstop and private transfers?
Nonstop means you're traveling with people going to the same resort, but not stopping at other resorts except for those in the same hotel complex. Private transfers include your party only, and are nonstop.
