  Outstanding staff and Resort

  Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort Soufriere My husband and I just returned from an outstanding stay at the Viceroy at Sugar Beach. The resort is beautiful, the food was good, the large fitness center is brand new and the weather was a 10/10. However, the element that sets this resort apart is the entire staff. We experienced a level of service, graciousness and professionalism we have not seen at any other 5 star resort. We stayed in room 302 which was so comfortable. The one thing I wish I had known was to take a water taxi from the airport instead of a car service. The roads are very steep and windy. It was almost an hour from the airport and not a pleasant ride. Big shoutout to Solomon Water Taxi who took us back to the airport. Solomon and his entire staff are wonderful.

  Luxury setting, breathtaking views and outstanding staff.

  From the moment our transfer pulled up to this property we were greeted and treated like royalty for our entire stay. Enthusiastic staff members, always smiling and friendly. Our villa had the most breathtaking views, were so clean and spacious! We loved that this was not an overpopulated, crowded resort. Very relaxing and serene. There are several restaurants to choose from. We didn't have a bad meal while we were there, including room service! We took advantage of the resorts offers to visit Piton Falls, the mud baths, sulfur springs and botanical gardens. We definitely plan on returning, I highly recommend!

  Unexpected Paradise

  Paradise in every way! Sugar Beach exceeded our expectations! The setting is breathtakingly beautiful-photos can't capture the beauty. The staff throughout the entire resort-from restaurants, room service, butlers, concierge, drivers and every one in between-are genuinely happy, kind, respectful, helpful, professional and go out of their way to make sure you feel seen, appreciated and your needs fully taken care of. We stayed in an ocean front villa and the view was incredible, the entire place was clean, beds were outrageously comfortable, conveniently located to walk and very quiet and private. The grounds of the resort are impeccable, beautifully landscaped, and truly spectacular. Sugar Beach doesn't miss ANYTHING-from arrival, to departure, to the food quality, customer service, location and everything was just perfect perfect! We will definitely return, as we found a true jewel of an island resort!

  You've improved on paradise!

  My husband and I stayed at Sugar Beach in Dec. 2023 and (for the first time ever) we booked a return trip before departing, which brought us back in Dec. 2024 with our two kids (9 and 6). This resort is special and truly unlike anywhere else that we have stayed. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable. They have employed some of the friendliest and hardworking people I have ever encountered. Shout out to Otis and William for their exceptional beach service and our wonderful butlers Sherman, Jovanna, and Ned. The setting of this resort between the pitons is stunning. The beach has no waves and is full of tropical fish with great snorkeling. The kids club is exceptional! My kids asked to go every day and made crafts, slime, cookies, and enjoyed a break from the sun. Petula at the kid's club is phenomenal--keeping the kids engaged and encouraging them to limit screen time while in paradise. Yes...10/10!! You'll be pampered from the moment you arrive!! The service here is exceptional -- they aim to please -- from Clotee noticing my son was sad about missing cookies on his ice cream sundae (haha) to Ned bringing requested board games up to our room on a rainy day --- you will be blown away by the attention to detail and desire to make your vacation memorable. The manager's cocktail hour is one of our favorite events and we loved seeing Jonathan and James again. The sunsets here are incredible! We had a few rain showers this time around, but they were brief and usually followed by rainbows. Room 806 exceeded our expectations. The food is excellent. I could really write a novel. This is a high-end, relaxing resort and you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

  A truly special experience

  Our stay at Sugar Beach was nothing short of incredible. The views of the Pitons were breathtaking, and every part of the resort felt so thoughtfully designed. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so special throughout our time there. The Rainforest Spa was a highlight—peaceful and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I also loved the little touches, like the turndown service and the personalized amenities that made our stay feel truly luxurious. It was such a memorable trip, and I already can’t wait to go back!
