    Once in a lifetime experience

    The beach was nice but not what I expected; the hotel was nice but not worth what we paid; the people were friendly but didn't look happy there; the place was secure but traffic was a nightmare even though I wasn't driving. Transportation choices are very limited and costly.

    Excelente

    We had a wonderful week stay here at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana. The food was incredible, the grounds are well kept, and all staff was extremely friendly. The service was amazing!! We were constantly being asked if we needed anything which was very appreciated. Although we had great experiences all throughout the week, two that stood out to us were Reuben at the beach bar- he was so happy, kind and friendly all the time. Also, Wilkin at the buffet was awesome. He welcomed us every day with the best energy, always put rose petals on our table and made sure we were taken care of at all times. We looked forward to seeing him every day. He made out experience unforgettable. All in all, this was an amazing all inclusive experience!

    Beautiful hotel, very big staff doesn't pay attention to customers entrainment is not good, food was good,room was nice house keeping can do better with cleaning Hotel entainmentent staff is not there so sitting at pool all.day can be boring

    Restaurant lines

    So we’ve been super LOVING the resort, however, why are there 30 tables ahead of me at El Patio and it’s over half empty? I’ve seen this trend and it makes no sense. Happy to up to 5 stars if someone in management wants to address this. Otherwise it really is a let down

    Amazing Experience!

    This resort was so amazing!!! We felt like royalty!! The staff is so so nice and seemed so happy to be there! They were quick to respond whenever we need help or something else!! The food was also amazing! It’s was a little different than what we are used to but it was still amazing! They also have so many activities each day!! It’s definitely hard to get bored here! I would highly recommend this resort!
