Great staff, clean hotel but noisey.
Hotel is spotless, staff are amazing and best ever service, food was very good for an all-inclusive. Grounds are amazing and the beach is beautiful and a slight walk or buggy ride away. Biggest let down are the rooms. A standard has two small double beds, the bathroom is open area with clear glass shower door and the toilet is a door onto that area and everything that goes on is easily heard from anywhere inside the room. We changed to a junior suite after a few days, the beds were still really small, but at least we had a door onto the bathroom/toilet. After changing rooms I confidently state that noise from neighbouring rooms is easily transmitted through the walls, ceiling and front door in standard and junior suites. We heard feet stomping on the floor above, toilets flushings people wretching, baby's crying and phone conversations, your neighbours may aswell be at the foot of your bed, in a word absolutely no soundproofing at all. People coming back very late at night or early leaving in the morning you'll know about it. Fridges in the room are very welcome, but they make an buzzing racket and I had to pull the fridge out if it's housing and unplug it every evening. We also had some other buzzing thing we thought was the door bell for the room at first, but it just turned out to be a buzzing noise which we never found a reason for it which happened randomly. The vibe of the hotel is fun, but a bit Butlins for me I'm afraid. Would I stay there again......not a chance or maybe when I'm 80 and hard of hearing I'd give it another go.

A solid all-inclusive experience
A nice resort and a huge property. Spacious so be prepared to walk a bit to get around. No lines for meals and service was prompt and efficient across the board. Food was fine - typical all-inclusive experience. The room was big and clean but needed some maintenance. A/C worked well. The beach across the street was lovely and the pools were very popular. The kids enjoyed the wildlife and the fresh churros!

Rooms are extremely small so they leave the bathroom area open There is little to no privacy! Love the resort!
Beach is not visible from resort shuttle does take you but not the same as being on the water. Employees are all amazing, energetic, and hard working. Chefs prepared special fruit plates everyday due to my allergies , thank you so much! Don’t forget to tip and please be kind to the employees they are not your slaves!

Fabulous holiday
Returning Guests, came 2 yrs ago as well,we managed to stay in same room too, great customer service, plenty of food choice with other restaurants to use on site as well. Only reason didn't give 5 is, the hotel gets very busy with the party nights on a Friday, and not everyone's cup of tea, would be an idea, to rotate it with other hotels in group, as no other entertainment on those nights for guests with children and older guests

Great family vacation
Great service, amazing food and very clean resort. Had animals running around and the kids loved it. Pool and beach were great. Not on the beach but less then 10 min walk or 2 min good cart ride. We loved the animal towels from the room cleaning service. Would definitely go back!
