    Perfect resort, perfect location and above perfect staff. Domingo and Einesto at reception desk set the standard for staff excellence!

    My stay was wonderful. Service fantastic, Wilbur, Abu, Connie, July & Eduardo all top notch. Food was typical nothing life changing. Only Issue was the musty smell in the room, that I also brought home with me.

    First Timer

    5 day trip for my husbands 50th Bday with two other couples. We had a great time. Spent most of our days in the pool and evenings enjoying the food and entertainment and can't forget about the drinks!

    One of Cancun's best

    Come to this hotel every year. Love the atmosphere, cleanliness and staff. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Fabulous beach views. Beautiful resort. Overall very comfortable and doesn't feel crowded. Scheduled to be renovated in the near future to make it even better.
