    January Mexico trip

    Only problem was sewer smell from bathroom. Discussed with other guests who also noticed offensive odor most of the time.

    A wonderful beautiful property

    The RIU Palace Las Americas was a beautiful property. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the entertainment staff was a nice surprise. Everyday they had different pool events, nightly shows with very talented dancers/singers and the food was delicious. The only complaint and its minor for me was the walls are quite thin… you can hear everything going on outside and in your neighbors’ rooms. We will definitely be back!

    FANTASTIC

    We cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is! From the check in with Gustavo, Edwardo and Irving, the welcome mimosas from Jennifer to Samantha and Johnny (pool activities) and Wilbur who served drinks to many people with such friendliness. Every single employee of that hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and the customer service was impeccable. The beach area was also very beautiful along with the views. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. They could change up the menus a bit but otherwise nothing can be complained about at this hotel. We stayed for a week we were sorry we had to leave! We are already planning our next trip and we will return to the same place. All this due to the impeccable service we received here. We also made a point of speaking with the young lady that was the hotel manager, can’t remember her name, but she was all over the hotel checking on things and really made quite an impression. We will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful vacation. Dawn & Bob

    Cancun holiday

    The rooms were nice clean,comfortable and spacious. The buffet was fantastic But the a la cart restaurants were disorganized and the food was not up to par being a specialized restaurant. The facilities were great and met-all my expectations

    I’ve stayed here at the Hotel RIU Palace Las Americas for at least the fifth time. The location, food and especially the service is outstanding. Great service provided by every staff member.
