• Punta Cana Princess guests will have access to all facilities, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, snack areas, cafeteria, ice cream parlor and sports bar, as well as day and night activities at the Caribe Deluxe Princess and Tropical Deluxe Princess. 
• To enjoy the a la carte restaurants, Punta Cana Princess guests need to book their reservations at the Guest Service desk of the Punta Cana Princess. Guests will not be able to book twice at the same restaurant during their stay.
• La Cava and Platinum Restaurants are not included. If guests want to enjoy any of the two, a price of US$50.00 per person applies.
• The services included in the VIP Package at the Punta Cana Princess do not apply in the Caribe Deluxe Princess and Tropical Deluxe Princess.
• Customers purchasing Punta Cana Princess day or night passes, will not have access to the Caribe Deluxe Princess and Tropical Deluxe Princess facilities.

    This Was The Very Best Time at PCP

    Once again, we had an amazing time. The staff go out of their way to ensure your vacation is the best. Alexander Gomez, head of Customer Service, and Miguel made sure everything was perfect and looked after anything special we needed. There are so many staff to thank, and I apologize if I miss anyone. Francis - you are so special and thank you for the great meals, Nelson - love my margaritas, Juan - miss my morning hugs, Leticia - our room was always spotless, Nancy - Steve misses his hugs, Iris, Ordilina, Ariel, Giselle, Rosa, Adrian, Angel, Quenlyn - made meal-time fun. Amilio, Persio, Felix - made sure you were entertained at the bars. Once a week they have a beach bbq and foam pool party. It's a small, laid back relaxing adults only resort. We will definitely return to our "home away from home".

    Food was 7.5/10, customer service was great. Alexander helped with booking restraints at the other resort we had access too aswell as giving us all of the information we needed to know to make our stay wonderful. Resort and beach was very clean.

    Amazing resort very clean. Alexander helped with all of our needs especially navigating the other resort we had access to. Beach was great and clean. All of the restaurants were delicious. There were many people who decided to book again and I see why:))

    Wasted day/kidnapping

    Our stay was wonderful, Except….. We were caught by the princess hotel guest services guy who wanted to show us princesses other hotel next door, for our next trip.. We agreed because we plan on going back, turns out this was a four(4) hour sales pitch for a vacation membership.. (TIMESHARE!). I didn’t appreciate being lied to, and I didn’t appreciate wasting 4.5 hrs of a vacation day .. Why didn’t I leave you ask because they drive you over and we had no way back!! NOT THE WAY TO GAIN FANS OF YOUR HOTEL CHAIN!! Guess we’ll see what other hotels have to offer next year …

    We had the best time!

    We are leaving Punta Cana Princess tomorrow to go back home, we have had the best time at this resort! The resort staff are like family, the resort is small and easy to walk any where at the resort in minutes. The beach is the best! No seaweed, the sand is soft easy to walk on, plenty of seats for everyone. This is our 9th time at this resort and it won’t be our last. This resort is quiet and laid back, we are not in the party scene so this was perfect for us. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We love this place!
