The Staff were amazing making our stay superior. Thanks to Patricia, Sandra, Alfredo, Emmanel, Carmen, Paulina, and our beautiful little maid. Food Was delicious and loads of it, plenty of drink. Place was clean, Definitely will return to this resort.

Amazing!!!
Incredible service exceeded our expectations, excellent service, amazing service staff, always excellent food, incomparable 24 hour snacks, animation, bars and all the staff incredible, all the restaurants spectacular especially Mexico Lindo. All the staff amazing! Antonio, Elizabeth, Jose, Daniel, Emanuel and everyone, absolutely incredible! I will return without thinking twice! I would recommend that you do not forget to reward the staff with tips, they really deserve it!

A very mediocore resort. Food was terrible - worst one so far of all inclusive resorts we have stayed. Drinks were loaded with artificial colors and sugar, highly watered down. Beach is non existent. There are no activities and the so called 'shows' are lame. Rooms are old, towels were old with threads coming out. Never coming back - easy to find a better place elsewhere in Cancun.

This resort is older and generally kept up well. It’s not fancy but the cost is less than many others. It’s located by a ferry which is convenient but there is also lots of boat traffic. Its biggest weakness is the food especially the buffets. The food is not labeled for allergies and I cannot have gluten so it felt I had limited options. The restaurants were better at helping figure out what I could or couldn’t have. The greatest strength is the people working there. They are nice and helpful. There were plenty of chairs when we were there and we had an amazing view from our sea front balcony. If you are looking for something economical, don’t have food restrictions and don’t need frills then this is for you.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The food tasted terrible, wasn't hot and made some of us sick. The beach was small and mostly shaded. There were not enough activities. The toilets clogged super easily and at one point, we had no water at all. They also flat out lied to us to get us over to their sister resort for a sales pitch when they had promised us breakfast and discounts with no mention of a 90 minute presentation. Loud music was playing very early and very late. DO NOT GO HERE. We left 3 days early.
