This all-suite, all-inclusive resort unfolds with lush, beautiful landscaping and is home to an exclusive upgrade which puts adults in top-of-the-line rooms with the best views and service fit for royalty.
All-inclusive means a stress-free getaway: drinks, food and activities at your resort are included in the price of your vacay! You'll look great lounging in a comfy Bali bed by the enormous main pool and holding a Mai Tai from the swim-up bar. Though the kids get free run of the amazing 300-meter, lagoon-style main pool, adults get to kick back in the solitude of two pools of their very own. Your cup won't run dry thanks to 11 bars and your tummy shouldn't be empty thanks to delicious dining options. Diver scallops at the beachfront See & Sea are a hit and a choice cut at Asadito Steak House tastes fantastic. After dinner, head to the Piano Bar for an evening of live music, take in a dance show at the theater or check out the casino.
As the day winds down, there's nothing like swimming up to your suite and snoozing on the gorgeous Bali bed or hopping right in the jetted tub, so an Elegance Club Swim-Up Suite, for adult-only, is a must. If you're traveling with the family, the one-bedroom suite is spacious enough for everyone, and you still get an amazing in-room jetted tub!

Amazing from beginning to end.
Our group of 4 is leaving today and can’t thank the incredible staff here enough. Osvaldy our butler made sure we were spoiled from day 1 knowing our needs before we did. So many names to mention Santa, Anjelina, Joel Sammy, William, Henry and so many more..an experience we will cherish always. Kathy and Mike from Oshawa, Ontario

Something for everyone
A perfect day at Majestic Elegance: Sunrise walk on the beach. Breakfast with an ocean view at See & Sea. Drinks and snacks at the seaside cabana. Swimming in the ocean and pool. Relaxing at the spa with hydrotherapy. Dinner with a fabulous red wine served by Oscar at Limited Gourmand, French restaurant. Rocking out at the Michael Jackson tribute show. The night wouldn't be complete without visiting the best bartender in Punta Cana - Reyson at the El Asadito Steakhouse! You won't regret the espresso martini and bachata lesson. Ask about Mama Juana.

November birthday celebrations
We just returned from our 2nd visit to the Majestics this time the Elegance. We stayed as 2 couples on the adults only side. Huge shoutout to Osvaldy! He was FANTASTIC. We had 2 birthdays on the same day and he made sure it was special for both of them. He also made sure to find us each day to check in wither we were on the beach or poolside. Grounds and beach are beautiful. Drinks are plenty! I would caution booking at the Italian restaurant. We preferred the See & Sea for breakfast over the main buffet. The food like most resorts is a hit or miss, but there was always options for everyone. The only thing I would change next time around was getting a room not on the ground floor. I would definitely recommend the Majestic Elegance and asking for Osvaldy!

My first time in an all-inclusive and I highly recommend them!

second time around ....
Our 2nd time around in the last 12 months. Very positive was the change of the room door locking system. Now you have a microchip in your armband. And it works like magic. Last year perceived we spent more time at the reception with key/coding issues than at the beach. But lets start at the beginning with check in. We had a rather young receptionist. He felt like doing us a big favour by giving us a room close to the beach. We then asked for a room closer to lobby/restaurants but upon investigation he could not fulfill our request stating is nothing available. The hotel however seemed to be half empty, as we noticed over the next few days. It now turned out that we did over 7000 steps every day just to go to the restaurants. This exceeds any daily targets set by doctors and health apps and represents quite a challenge for seniors 70+ with walking limitations. As a added benefit we faced the pool bar, where a rambunctious crowd started a pool party which ended up in a screaming contest every afternoon. The drinks at the pool are excellent. Big thumbs up. And so is the service everywhere in all restaurants, the pool area etc. Very friendly, attentive and always available. The buffet can be a hit and miss. The sushi night was absolutely fantastic. And generally the quality of the food is above average. On the other side the breakfast sausages seem to cooked only once per week and then reheated for the rest of the week. Never seen sausages that dry. We were actually thinking of using them as wood fire place igniters. The Italian restaurant is still at the bottom of the list. The chef deserves a placement elsewhere in the organisation. It is time to change the restaurant. Make it Mexican or Chinese or whatever. It needs a new start with a new chef. Last but not least is the annoying fact that you cannot charge your devices during the day, unless you are in the room. The AC switches off after a few minutes after you leave the room and so do all power plugs So to sum it all up. Its great to see continuous improvement. Make sure you continue with what you do excellently well like service , quality of drinks. And try to focus on some weaker areas like room allocation and continuous availability of power for charging phones etc..
