Unable to get anyone to respond to emails or have been on hold for an hour past two days in getting restaurant reservations. Literally cannot get anyone to talk to me . Customer service is pretty awful for being in a service industry. I’m still on hold to try to talk to someone

Impeccable butler service. Outstanding food and room service. Suites and views were best… at check-in, the desk worked to make our rooms convenient nearby. The Parks are a blast… a bonus with XCARET! We are already planning return and encouraging friends!

Best real all fun inclusive resort in the world.
This resort truly has it all! From the amazing food and super-friendly staff to the endless activities and stunning views, every aspect was top-notch. Perfect for families, there's something for everyone to enjoy. We loved the variety of things to do and see, both within the resort and in the surrounding area's excellent parks. In my opinion, this is the best all-inclusive resort in the world!

Our Valentines Day trip to Xcaret
Our time in Xcaret was an amazing experience and felt like a dream from the start. We arrived into the airport, and did not have to deal with obtaining a ride to the resort, as we got picked up by the friendly shuttles who arrive every 20 minutes from Xcaret. Getting into Xcaret resort was uneventful with just the beautiful scenery we had on our ride there. The minute we were offloaded from the bus my boyfriend and I, were escorted to the member check in area where we met Kenneth. Kenneth greeted us with a friendly smile and notified us he would be our personal concierge. He had such a strong desire to assure we had the best time ever and asked about our previous stay and how he can make it better if possible. We explained how we had received horrible news on our previous stay and how it dampened our time there. Further letting him know we were there for a do over so we can truly enjoy the beautiful resort. After hearing this, Kenneth left our side briefly, and when he returned he let us know he was able to secure an ocean view room next to the rooms we stayed at last year. This vacation was a definite do-over. We had the most beautiful Ocean front view, and we enjoyed every second we had in it. Kenneth also noticed we showed up without an agenda nor reservations and quickly moved to make all reservations on our behalf. Making sure we secured a spot in every area we desired to visit this time around. He was a constant partner, a liason, and most importantly became our friend who helped our whole experience become one of the best vacations we ever took. Thank you Kenneth for EVERYTHING you did for us. Nothing went unnoticed, we appreciate you and cannot wait to see you on our next trip to Xcaret. We also loved Isaac who was our waiter, in El Mercado de la Merced. He made sure we always felt like royalty. He definitely goes above and beyond his call of duty and we looked forward to seeing him before the start of our days. Thank you everyone from Xcaret for the magical time you made sure we had!
