    Experienced Travelers

Vacation is what you make of it, so I will start with the positives. We were here 6 days and 5 nights. The Beach is AMAZING. That's it folks. The food is awful, if you objective is to loss weigh this will work for you. Bathroom shower/tub, high step in and step out, very dangerous as the floors are beautiful but very slippery. Watch your step everywhere, when you least expect it you will need to step up or down. Pools are cold, missing tiles and water is cloudy. Hot Tub gross, we avoided it. Despite our disappointments, we stayed on the Beach and had a great time.

    Relaxed, revived and re-energised

I have to say that following reviews i read here i was unsure what i was going to experience in dreams sands. From the moment we arrived we were treated to outstanding service at every interaction with Dreams Sands employees. Food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic.

    Spring get-away

Excellent service, the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Fun nightly entertainment. A very nice hotel. The beach and pools are incredible at this location. Hotel is in a good location for shopping and excursions. I would recommend this hotel.

    Lipstick on a pig!

The beach is very lovely with an expansive sandbar to lounge in. The staff who work hard to keep the place clean, and serve the patrons are all humble and kind. They work very hard. If you are there for a purely drinks and beach holiday, this is the place for you. But if you like to partner that with good food and ambience, move along to another resort. The food borders on inedible. The best analogy is: The cheese burgers at other all inclusives we have attended use real cheese, these guys unwrap plastic cheese which doesn't melt when you receive your burger. Don't blame the hard workers, blame the resort for banking on the location, and not the food hospitality. It's a good place to have drinks and lose some weight because you wont want to eat after a couple days. It is the oldest of the Dreams hotels in the area, so the rooms are small and you hear everything beside you and above you. The views are very beautiful. Limited units with Patios.

    Terrible resort

Older hotel and run down. Pool tile is coming off and the whole pool looked terrible. Food was horrible. Don't get steak at any restaurant here. The other choices were not that good either. If you don't pay extra for preferred, then you are more limited to places to sit on beach and places to eat breakfast and dinner. Why pay extra for preferred to use the whole resort when you initially are paying for all inclusive. Terrible concept.
