What You Need for the Caribbean Green Smoothie: Water, pineapple, bananas, chia seeds and spinach.

Directions: In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Caribbean Green Smoothie

A Caribbean Green Smoothie with tropical flavors and healthy ingredients that will perk you right up. 

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro stems and leaves
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

  • 1 small beet
