When you’re beachin’ in St. Maarten, you gotta visit The PopCycle Bar for a Poptail (alcohol-infused) or a Popsicle (kid-friendly) gourmet, fruity ice pop. The flavors are crazy delicious and wildly unexpected. While they have the basic yummy selections like mango, strawberry, kiwi, raspberry and blueberry, they also offer some exotic, boozy pops that’ll knock your flip flops off.
For their Bananas Foster PopCycle, they flambe the bananas with a delicious amount of Spiced Rum and surround it with homemade vanilla ice cream. For their White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, they soak fresh raspberries in White Chocolate Raspberry Rhum (yes it’s spelled that way) by @toppersrhum and add chunks of white chocolate to make it the best cheesecake you’ve ever had.
On Valentine’s Day the tantalizing selections included: Strawberry Mojito, Guavaberry Colada or Raspberry Basil Champagne. For the holidays, they created Spiked Eggnog. They also partnered with Patron Tequila and antillean.liquors to create their first flavor dubbed Mango Raspberry Margarita that’s infused with Patron Silver. For the Heiniken Regatta they created two flavors: The Heiniken Beergarita and one we love, a Rum and Coke named the Dirty Pirate.
Other aahmazing flavors include Chocolate Fudge, Pina Colada, Cookies and Cream Popsycle with a whole Oreo cookie. A few more inventive, delish flavors include Cucumber Chili Lime and TiraMisu - it’s creamy, delicious and infused with Toppers Spiced Rum.
