You know when you're landing in Mexico, and during your descent, you're handed an immigration form? Then you have to scramble to find a pen to fill it out? All that is changing. Soon some commercial airlines will stop handing these out, but here's the good news: now you can fill out a new online entry immigration form for Mexico - and hit the beach sooner.

What Happens Next

First of all, there are two parts of this new online entry immigration form for Mexico: the Entry Form and the Exit Form. You'll get both of these via email and everything will already be filled out with the proper info - it's the info you entered online.

Once you arrive in Mexico, go immediately to the immigration booth. The immigration officer will keep the ENTRY part of your form and he/she will stamp the EXIT part of the form. Make sure you don't lose this. When you're headed back home, you'll need to present it along with your passport at the airport.
