They’re finally here! Wave hello to our next crew of Woohoo Beach Ambassadors, three certified True Beach Lovers who will be repping CheapCaribbean this next year. They’ll be spreading awesome vacay vibes and sharing epic beach selfies along the way, but first, let’s give them a proper introduction.
Krissy Tompkins
Say hello to Krissy from Upstate New York! Krissy has worked in the digital space in local television news and advertising and in public schools where she implements digital content strategy. She has a passion for content creation, food and traveling, making her a perfect fit for our Woohoo Beach Ambassador program!
Krissy has been traveling with us for over ten years and lives by the motto that life’s adventures don’t have to break the bank. In 2021, she and her husband booked their honeymoon through CheapCaribbean, staying at the fabulous Sonesta Ocean Point Resort in St. Martin. Since then, they’ve been checking off their bucket list one trip at a time, and they can’t wait to show their followers the True Beach Lover way of life.
Jason Burgess
We’re thrilled to welcome our first fella to the Woohoo Beach Ambassador crew! Jason and his wife live in Greenville, South Carolina, where they are both ICU nurses raising their newborn baby girl and two golden retrievers. In their line of work they’ve come to understand the importance of getting away, relaxing and recharging, and in true True Beach Lover fashion, they love to go to the tropics to do so.
Jason also has a degree in digital media and loves to experiment with his Canon R7 in his free time. He loves to create funny videos (expect lots of dad jokes) and share insights and reviews, especially when it comes to food and all things travel. That’s one of the main reasons he and his wife love an all-inclusive resort–it means at minimum two entrees per person per meal!
Arvelyn Lewis
Last but not least, let us introduce you to Arvelyn. As a California native now living in Atlanta, Georgia, she’s always looking for an excuse to catch a flight to the beach. Sounds like a True Beach Lover to us!
Arvelyn’s a passionate real estate broker who loves to share tips and tricks on buying and selling homes to her clients and followers. Her other passions–travel and wine–go hand in hand with why she loves an all-inclusive resort. She loves the ease of bundling entertainment, accommodations, and all meals and beverages (yes, wine included!) in one payment. We can’t wait for Arvelyn to explore with CheapCaribbean making the most of Mexico and the Caribbean by dancing on the beach at sunset with a glass of wine in hand!
