Our hearts are with those who have been affected by the recent hurricanes. In fact, words do not express just how deeply we feel for our valued customers, employees and resort partners in our Caribbean beach destinations. When they suffer, we do, too, because the Caribbean is our home. Everyone in the CheapCaribbean.com family is standing by, shoulder to shoulder, ready to help rebuild and restore the beauty of the treasured Caribbean beaches that we love so much.
That’s why we’ve put together a Hurricane Irma Relief Fund. From September 15 through October 31, we will be receiving donations and selling t-shirts to support those affected. Just go to our company store, the Sand Shack, where you can donate and buy your t-shirt. All proceeds will go to Tourism Cares, an organization benefiting the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association, which will be instrumental in rebuilding the islands affected.
But that’s not all. On Friday, September 22nd, we will be donating 50% of all our booking profit to Tourism Cares.
Finally, we’re evaluating ways for all of our Beach Lovers to get involved. This could include a trip to the Caribbean to help rebuild what has been broken.
