We all know appetizers are the real show stopper at any party. And with National Bacon Day upon us, what better recipe to share than this delicious, easy bacon wrapped jalapeño popper recipe ?
Prep is fairly easy and they don't take long to cook at all. Making them the perfect prep the night before appetizers. AKA, no hard work the day of the party, at least not with these!
Easy Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
These deliciously, crispy, jalapeno poppers are the perfect recipe for your next football watch party or get together!
- 8 oz Cream cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 Large fresh jalapeño peppers (halved)
- 12 slices Bacon ((or one slice per pepper))

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Combine cream cheese and sharp cheddar, mix well.

Spoon cheese mixture in to pepper halves. Wrap peppers with bacon, overlapping edges as necessary and secure with a toothpic.

Place on a baking pan and bake for 17 to 20 min. or until bacon is crispy.

Let peppers cool before removing from pan.

Plate and serve!
Heat oven to 425ºF. Combine cheeses; spoon into pepper halves. Wrap with bacon, overlapping edges as necessary. Place, filled sides up, in shallow foil-lined pan. Bake 17 to 20 min. or until bacon is done. Cool slightly before removing from pan to serve.
