Hand-crafted and prepared with panache, these cocktails are all fab and all made with mezcal. Even from a quick skim down the drink menu, it's easy to notice how creative and unique the cocktails actually are!
Below, on the left, is the Unicrelle: a concoction of mezcal, ginger, raspberries, lime and bubbles. On the right is Stardust, which is made of mezcal, dark rum, pineapple, papaya and coconut cream. Seriously, how bad do you want to try one right now?

At Gitano, you’ll dine outside in a magical, open-air setting with tropical flora and twinkling lights all around you. It’s a serious escape from reality that’s beautifully decorated in muted earth tones with pops of subtle color. Scattered throughout the space, there's a few cozy sofas in the nooks and crannies, where you can lounge all evening-long while you sip on tasty cocktails. When you walk into Gitano, you might feel like you’re in a movie. The music here definitely amps up the romantic vibe and gives it a little more, well, soul. Some of the sounds you might hear include South American percussions, Mexican vocals, Latin rhythms, and even disco, nu-disco, funk, groove, gypsy jazz and tropical house beats. Depending on the night, sometimes the evening's tunes will be brought to you via DJ or live band.
